Replace lock

Very good service. Will was able to identify the problem. He had to order the lock but kept in touch so I didn't feel forgotten about. Tricky job and will was here for nearly three hours but he made sure lock was working and I was able to lock and unlock door easily. Would definitely contact him again if I have a problem.
