I recently purchased a safe thru their website(lockerdown.com). I used Affirm to finance the purchase, using a virtual credit card. The next day someone with an IP address in Germany made two purchases, one for $1,000.00 and the second for $3,000.00. I can't prove someone at lockerdown.com made purchases using my Affirm account or someone at Affirm made the purchases but a heads up to anyone making a purchase thru lockerdown.com and financing thru Affirm. I have posted a negative review on Affirm as well. If you read thru other reviews on Affirm this seems to be a recurring problem with people getting purchases made on their account without their knowledge or approval and them getting stuck with a balance or credit problems. I have contacted Affirm and they assure me that I would not be charged for these transactions and it would not affect my credit. I am waiting now for an email that an Affirm representative told me could take 3-5 days to receive. In the email is an affidavit I have to fill out and return.
