I have been using locantos personals about a month this site is full of catfish, people trying to steel your credit card number and information. In my area code alone 90% of the ads are fake they use differnt names but the same address. I checked and they are even running the same exact add in several other citys tryed to make a compaint to locanto but they dont seem to care and now they have closed me out of there site i believe that there involved and would suggest not useing there website...

STAY AWAY from this app. Locanto personals has developed "hash-tag" dating site. To beused by a mobile phone. BUT, you also use it on yor PC... DONT! I used this site app. Out of curiosity. Thinking I might be abole to score me a hook-up. Had several possibilities. But it turned out every "like" I did, all the matches tourned out to be hookers or spammers of some type. I complained multiple times and reported about 2 dozen profiles. I finally got through and deleted my profile when a jersy cow udder blonde hit me up for $200 an hour solicit. So, if your Daddy worbucks and have money to burn, go ahead. You'll find a hooker eager to take your money. If your an average joe like me trying to score a chick. STAY AWAY!

Totally fake…people are her just to extort money from you on the name of personal services. In bangalore locanto is ok coz people are genuine…in rajasthan all the personal services people are fraud

These are lowly scammers. Do not fall for these guys especially the personal section. They even do not deserve any rating at all.

After you join and post a ad they remove it for no reason. Stay away from these idiots who only play games

Alright since I haven't been in Locanto recently, I decided to come back and see if it's getting better. Nope, it's still the same old shiz like what I wrote on my previous reviews. Then I saw something new: Dating! Will this make personals more organized? Short answer: NO!

Their "dating" section is full of scams, with made up profiles, random name and age, pics are STOLEN from their old ads, and just look at those tags, surely those aren't lies right? Decided to dip in and spammed hearts until I get stopped, done it for some days and you know what? NOT A SINGLE REPLY OR ANY ACTIVITY THAT INDICATES THIS SECTION IS WORKING! Yet their profile section would ask you to "use a real photo" when I already attached one.

Really shows off that this site is just baiting people with their Personals and Dating section. It is surprising that this site has not been closed down already. Or maybe it's just waiting until the domain dies? Who knows

Seems I've tried to contact 25 -30 ads. ALL of them have been women looking for money, are not answering basic questions. Any location questions are not answered. Half sentences. Mushed together English words.
There is no way to trace any of these women to any location.
The communication can be fun, but don't expect to figure out any personal information other than these women live with their mom, authesent or another woman.
These women are generally in their 30's, no job or laid off, want gas money to get to a visit. Lower education level, not stupid, but needy women.
Beware of their fishing to catch a big fish. Don't be the sucker for these beautiful photos of women who are busty, and pretty, but the photo doesn't go with the emails or texts. Someone is creating many of these scenarios and answering them by herself or himself. It won't take you long when you ask for specifics to location. Maybe not their residence, try the local market close to them.
Than will narrow it down. The inticing photos are a real lure to this fanatic after your money. Just remember they are not traceable. That is the hidden factor.
