I have been using Locanto for a long time and I am the oldest member of Locanto. So I want to give rating point to my ID now, so please give me rating point quickly.

I have been working on rebuilding my credit for about the last 18 months but really focused since around July/August. My credit has dipped as low as 530 and currently I'm at around 480. Last year in September I got a secured Discover card with a $500 limit. I use it regularly for gas and pay it off week to week carrying a very small balance. Today I logged into my app to schedule a payment and found they had converted me to a non secured card and downed my credit limit to $300. I was surprise how did this happened to me so I called to confirm they told me it was due to misinformation on my credit report I went to sort out how to get my credit fixed then I came across hacknet567 AT gmail DOT com/ *******437 he wiped out the negatives entries Tax liens DMV car loan and boost my score to 805 and raised my credit limit to $2500 within a couple of days I know this is small to some but for me this feels like such a huge milestone. Even worse than the typical online dating site! Obvious scammers with contacts way beyond the area you specify and many photos obviously NOT belonging to the supposed member. Site is difficult to navigate and the fees are ridiculous considering all the above. I'll offer just one word: "DON'T!"

IF you get a response from any women it will be a working girl, which is fine but should be in Escorts ads, OR from someone referring you to a site " for their safety" which is a scam for credit card details OR links to more dodgy dating sites. Some other sections appear legit but personals are not vetted or policed for scams or criminal activity which is a shame as they started with such great potential. Please be warned there are NO legitimate safe ID sites.
Think about it. A credit card shows you're over 18 not whether you're a rapist or axe murderer! It's just another phishing exercise! You're better off sorting through the fake profiles that manage to get in to even the best rated dating app. Or if you want to avoid all the hassle, visit an escort or a good private operator, get exactly what you want and go home smiling. Beats blocking and renewing credit cards and much disappointment.

I was looking in Personals. I sent out about 30 replies to ads. Not one single reply. Everyone wants you to text them. I did for several people. 5 Contacted me back. 3 wanted me to put my credit card info into a fake, unsecure site "for their safety". 1 wanted a $100 iTunes card up front to meet with me. 1 sent me to an address that was a closed business which was supposedly her address.

So every reply I have gotten from anyone on Locanto has been garbage designed to cheat me! What a horrible waste!

I got scammed. I was convinced as per her words in Whatsapp. Later, when I transfer the money to her bank, she ran away without responding to my chat. She didn't give service, rather I was cheated. The sad part - I transferred the money twice (She says her Paytm isn't working and has problems). Don't believe this application and their advertisements. These are full of scammers, who wants to steal your money for their survival.

Being a paid advertiser in the Personals section for many years I know what i'm talking about. Since the closure of craigslist locanto have gotten greedy. Prices for posting have gone up a 7 day paid advert is seen for 1 or 2 days then is buried deep and no more views or responses. They now want you to pay again to move your ad to the top after 2 days. WTF you guys need to change how you do things. So many fake ads and they do nothing about it.
