I had a dreadful experience using LocalCoinSwap. I transferred £5,000 to a seller (Yico_Trader) who never released the crypto. I opened a dispute straight away, expecting the escrow system to offer some protection, but it didn't. The admins kept asking me for more documents, even though I'd already provided everything: bank statements and proof of payment. I visited the bank multiple times to get what they needed, yet still nothing was resolved. It's now been nearly two months, and I've received neither the crypto nor my money back. LocalCoinSwap's support has been slow, unhelpful, and just goes round in circles. The whole point of escrow is to safeguard buyers, but they completely failed. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone, use a more reliable service where the support team actually takes action when something goes wrong and in the dispute was resolved in the favour of the seller i. E Yico_Trader! Scammers do not trade here!
