I almost got a payday loan from this company and then read these reviews. Turns out that they have multiple complaints filed against them and often do not apply funds to your loan just so they can keep it open. No wonder they state on their website they do not need a credit check! I went to my local bank and got far better rates.
This website/company does not apply payments made to the loan you have taken out unless you specify that is what you would like them to do. In other words, I made 3 payments of $180 and none of it was applied to the $600 balance. They tell you that the $180 is simply to keep your loan "open." SCAM!
Don't go near Loan Point USA. A payday loan won't help cause they take more money than they tell you their going to take. My girlfriend got a loan from Loan Point USA and ended up paying them more than double what she borrowed. How did that help?

I woke up today to see i had $400 missing from my bank acct. I saw that it was loanpoint usa that took the money. I called them and they asked for my ssn# I refused to give it so they hung up on me. I went to the website to see if i had at some point in the past got money from them because I have had payday loans but I didnt think i had any from this company. I tried to log in. Didn't work. I tried to recover my acct info and They said i never had an acct. Therefore I NEVER BORROWED MONEY from this company. They are fraudulant. I googled them and found MANY sites saying this has happened to others and it is always $400 they take from your acct. I have no idea how they got my info. Please BEWARE
