Everything I've read about Loan Point USA says don't go near them. I was doing research for an Econ paper about how payday loans hurt people. I found a few forum sites that really have nothing good to say about any payday loan company. Check out debtconsolidationcare.com for more info about this company. Go to the site and do a search for Loan Point USA. I also found a court case involving Geneva Roth Ventures and Loan Point USA that says they do business illegally in California, which means the company is probably illegal in other states.
