They have the worst customer service I experienced! I received my dress and it was extremely hideous. The dress put unwanted pounds on me. And I am petite build. I then contacted the site regarding my unhappiness of how the dress looked and did not fit it's description. They told me that I can not receive a refund, but we can offer you a discount for your next purchase. If I didn't like how the piece of $#*! dress you sent me. What makes them think I would order another dress from them. They have lost their mind.

DO NOT buy from this company. I chose a dress for my bridesmaids. They look nothing like the dress we chose. The waist is higher. And the worst part they sent one of the dresses with green beads all over the top of it. Green is not apart of the wedding and is not like the other dress that we received. When asked for them to fix it they replied they can buy another dress at a 10 percent discount. It is impossible to reach anyone. No phone numbers. And on top of that. It took over 2 months to get the dresses. And still waiting on the 3rd dress and my wedding is in 3 weeks! Stay away from this site! The customer service is terrible and the dress will look nothing like what the pictures show. Did I mention the first time one of my girls ordered her dress they said they lost her order and she had to reorder it all over again!

I ordered this dress on March 3 for my daughter's senior prom on April 12. It is April 18 and I have still not receive neither a tracking number for the dress that I still DO NOT have. When I contacted the company email and chat line, the women, both "Annie Lei" and "Jennifer" falsely reassured me that the dress was almost done and they would rush it. I paid for 20 business days and it still hasn't come. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to order from this site. I lost over a hundred dollars and still had to get another prom dress!

No star can be given for this company. I ordered my daughters prom dress 3/17/14 and still as of 5/6/2014, have not received any dress in the mail... But they sure took my money fast enough! I been dealing with a lady named Annie, through email. She is worthless. And the website shows a return policy, but the company is not following the return policy procedures. This is the worst company I have EVER IN MY LIFE dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE. COMPLETE RIP OFF! They say 30 days tailoring and 3-5 days shipping on the receipt... that is a complete lie. Needless to say, my daughters senior prom is over with, and still no dress, and Annie told me she could use it for another occasion? Seriously?! Annie, stop your lies, for example, you said you would put a rush on this dress almost 3 weeks ago... And how do you explain the rush on this dress, when it STILL IS NOT HERE! SCAMMERS!
