I ordered 2 dresses that fit too small. I requested a refund they only offered half but that I had to pay to ship it back. Cost $70. After 3 months I get the package back. Receiver did not accept. Now I'm out almost $400. Save your self the headache!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a couple dresses and they were terrible. Felt like they were made out of a heavy bed sheet. When I tried to return them they wanted to give me a partial discount, saying they were custom made. They were not custom made. I ordered a standard size 6 and 8. They offered be $60 on dresses I paid $150 for each! TOTAL SCAM SITE!

Overall I was impressed with the dress and wore it to my debs. Unless it's the look you are going for I would recommend requesting it without the train as it is one thing I regret.

I entered custom size but purposely did them all an inch to big just in case, so got it taken in a lot when it arrives. The bust part fit OK when it arrived, however below the waist isn't as tight as the picture but never the less still would've worked well and looked well even if I didn't get it taken in. Everyone loved the dress. Thank you again LizProm.com

Ordered dresses they were terrible matterial was cheap heavy garbage and when i went to return them they said they would only give me back less than half of what i paid for them customer service was rude

I have gone through several purchases and have yet to be let down! Beautiful fabric, amazing customer service and I enjoy looking at all styles and I'm grateful that practically ever style comes in whatever color your mind can imagine. Ordered my dress and received it in a timely matter. The dress was exactly what I ordered and I couldn't be happier! Right color, size and flow! Thank you for making my day!
