The company use a fake Nordstrom logo I thought i was ordering Chloe duck boots from Nordstrom once I made the purchase I started getting emails from liv luv shop about ordering t shirts I used a visa gift card so I couldn't trace or track the order so I was thinking maybe Nordstrom is shipping there merchandise the 3 rd party site,,, I was wrong the package arrived in bag with liv luv shop on front I then realize the shoes are fake leather size is offf so I email company for 2days only reply we have received your email someone will reach out within 24 hr didn't happen as of today then I finally got someone on phone only for her to tell me they don't do refunds I then told her I didnt order trim your company she then put me on hold and never came back to phone,,,, I called back then she say no refund on merchandise I emails several more times no response yet I'm mad as hell shoes were only suppose to be 29.00 I got a 39.00 total fake wed site becareful then on top of that the company that the phone number goes too is a whole different company false advertisement false names just a please shut these people down rip offfs
