Used to be a real web site - now its a scam. They ask for you to Zelle money and they send fake USPS tracking information. Total scam, will update if this changes but it doesnt appear so. It has been 3 weeks since the "order" and still nothing.

I ordered one bottle of betrayal sun bed lotion on march 17th. I have sent multiple emails trying to get my order. Today is April 19th, it has been one month and two days. Today they sent another email telling me my order will ship in 24 to 48 hours. This is what they sent when I demanded my money back. If any of you want to band together to sue or launch an investigation you can contact me at *******@yahoo.com. One of us alone has no power. Many of us makes light work. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this company.

I am so so disappointed in the service. I have just opened my delivery from livelean that should have been a bundle, steaks and chicken breast when in reality it was just the chicken. Myself and my partner are completely at a loose end now as we have budgeted this meat to last us for the month to come. I'm now going to have to find money I don't really have to buy even more food to feed us until they decided to pull their fingers out and sort this avoidable mess out. What I really don't understand is how someone would think that sending just the chicken would even be an order, as the only reason the chicken strips were ordered was because their websites stated that there was a £25 minimum spend. Finall when the meat arrived it was all out of date. Wouldn't feed it to my dog.

I have tried to phone them this morning and I have been met with the voicemail several times.

Disgraceful company. Will never be using them again! If I could give 0 stars I would.

It apparently takes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday AFTER their form is completed for these people to FINALLY ship your order. Which is $6 for he First Class Mail which is late now by 4 days. Fck this company wasting my damn times. YES THIS IS A REVIEW FOR "LIVELEANTODAY. COM". Yes they will call you. Are they fast? Do they give a flying F about customers or delivering products timely with proper NON-over charged Priority Mail? NO. People just don't give a damn anymore.

I have ordered from this company four times and each time they have personally called to let me know my account was being drafted and my product was being shipped. Each time I have received my product within 7 days of purchase. Each time I have received emails when they receive the order, when its processed and when its being shipped. Are all you people sure that you are complaining about the correct site. I really wonder because I checked all of these reviews before I ordered and only one stood out to me. It stated that all these complaints were against the wrong website. So I ordered just to see. I think all these people ARE complaining about the incorrect website. Did you order from LiveLeanToday.com or something quite similar to that name?

I ordered Silversword on September 14,2015.

I received an email stating the product would be shipped in 24/48 hours.
I began emailing the company on September 30, October 8, October 14, October 23, November 16, November 23.

I always received the same response:
Dear Customer.

Thank you for your email.

We apologize for the delay. Please note that all orders are scheduled to ship on Tuesday Next Week. We have a high demand of this order from our customers so that is taking the delay only. Again we apologize for this. Once it will be shipped we will send you an email with the tracking id.

On Dec 7, I cancelled my order and requested an refund.
It has been sent to the billing department. 10 days later... nothing.
I have sent an email to the contact at liveleantoday.

I used this company in 2104 and received my product within 14 days.
Buyer. Beware.

I ordered two items 2 weeks ago. Caffeine pills and ephedrine pills... got the $9 caffeine pills but not the $90 ephedrine pills. Keep calling and emailing them and only thing they email is your package was delivered. Yes but not the whole order. No one will answer the phone, only VMs. No one will call me back or give me a refund of the $90 item that I didn't get. Fraud. I am filing a dispute with my credit card. I can't stand dishonest people. Why doesn't the government shut these people down. I don't know how they can still operate.

I placed and order on may 7 and my account was drafted on 8th but today is the 13th and still haven't received confirmation of shipping date or tracking #. After trying to call numerous times and leaving message to cancel order, sending emails to cancel order I've gotten no response. I've since read many reviews stating the same experience, I filed a fraud claim with my bank today and will pursue till this is resolved! Don't order anything as you will only be out your money and very disappointed!

I placed an order on February 12,2014. Having not received my order after 2 weeks I contacted him asking why. It took two days for them to respond to my email and all they did was resend my order confirmation (which stated my order was ready to ship from the beginning). I responded asking what was going on and was told "Lipodrene had to be relabeled to meet new FDA regulations and is now shipping". Still have yet to receive a tracking number (March 6) and have since requested a refund - no response from them since I asked for a refund.

UPDATE: After many emails and threats they did eventually send my order. It arrived on March 8th, almost a month after the order was placed and no apologies were offered from the Live Lean Today.
