Avoid live lean

I'm not one to complain but Live Lean your customer service is rubbish. Contacted their customer services 3 weeks ago about an item they sent me wrong and I'm still waiting for a responce, i'd avoid this company #disappointinglivelean

I had bought a bottle of this off their webiste bck on 12/12/2014 and the compny took the money out of my accnt. Well the holidays came and went. And I never recieved my bottle of tanning lotion that i had ordered bck in DEc and it was NOW Jan 17th 2015. OVER AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER. And still with all the phone calls I made and all the emails i sent. I had no response to my messages of where my product was. And why was the money taken out of my accnt and no product was shipped.
I had to contact my bank on Jan 30th and make a dispute to the amount/company that took the money out of my accnt. And Its now FEb 2nd 2015 and Im still waiting on the money to be credited back to me.
WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME THO! IF THEY WERE OUT OF THE PRODUCT WHY NOT LIST IT ON THE WEBSITE OR AFTER I ORDERED IT. WHY NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THY WERE OUTTA STOCK! And to GO AHEAD AND TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCNT AND NOT PRODUCE THE ITEM OR EVEN A CALL BCK EXPLAINING THE SITUATION. I got NOTHING!
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
