Thought Livecontrol.net (very new on the block) was worth a mention. You can build a responsive website with LiveControl. For those of you that don't know what that is, a responsive site is one that looks good on mobiles, tablets and desktops. Livecontrol is super easy to use, the themes look awesome (much better than other builders), and the results are amazing. Super happy.

Tip for consumers: Start from a theme to understand how everything works. I was a bit confused at first but I quickly understood things when I started picking apart a Theme.
