They gave me a Roblox gift card that hasn't even been activated yet then I try resolve the problem with the live chat and they are not even doing anything to help, they took my £30 and ran with it.

Don't use this company sell incompatible codes tk uk customers and won't refund. Use cash cd instead for your codes a much better reputable business. Best thing that can happen to livecards is to go out if business

TOTAL SCAMMERS, I bought some codes for £90 in November to use on Xmas day and they didn't work, I was in touch with them and Microsoft and proved that I hadn't used them and they had been redeemed by others, I spent the whole of Xmas day goin back and forth with photos of accounts to prove I didn't use them, yet they still won't issue new ones or a refund, they're scammers so beware

McAfee software key provided was for Russia, not UK. When I entered it my browser switched to Russian language to continue redemption process, needless to say I stopped at that point. Requested a refund but was advised to simply to continue with Russian language browser, which I wasn't prepared to do. Bought from CJS Keys in the end (which I should've done in the first place but went for a slightly cheaper option)

Nothing downloading and when contacted help. The reply was will get back within 24 hrs.

Any websites would just instantly give it to you and send it within the next 5 minutes. Your bank automatically checks it and asks for confirmation that the app asks to confirm or reject. However livecards made me wait, and the assistant "help" named Anna, was extremely UNHELPFUL. I really wonder how people could do such things, I'm currently investigating all this with my bank and getting them to refund me, as well getting the company to give me a refund before it really goes bad. I now have been transferred to "order processes team" as stated by Anna, she said "I will forward this to our team for order processing, but please note that this will be your final order for today. You will be able to place a new order after 24 hours, as you have reached the maximum number of orders allowed per day. Thank you for your understanding." Just to add the next quoted message was "We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your code. We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical issues related to our API connection with the supplier, which is causing this delay. Our team is actively working on resolving this issue, but it may take some time."
What is that suppose to mean? I believe nobody should buy from here and I learnt that I rather spend 10-30 more than on this horrible website which is really outrageous.
I recommend to anyone DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Go to G2A, Eneba and CDKeys, the most trustworthy and definitely not scams, they'll help you, refund you and it's a 5 minutes or less to get your key. BE SAFE DO NOT USE LIVECARD.

Use a different site. I received a non-functional Steam key after a 40-minute wait, and it took almost 3 weeks for me to recieve a refund.
