I ordered from this company and they immediately created a shipping label with Landmark but did not send out the order for 3 weeks. Customer service kept lying and telling me it had shipped. After 3 weeks and after refusing to refund my lost order, they shipped it with USPS. I left negative reviews and they told me that I was contacting their customer service too often. They lie to customers about wether an order has been sent. It took 4 weeks to get an order from New Jersey to Winnipeg. After they actually shipped the item, it was 1 week.
They fade, pill and tear extremely easily. I've spent over $2,000 in the last 6 months on them because they do resell well, are soft, and cute! The company in itself has an attitude problem and are very one sided. They don't take constructive criticism well and can be hateful when quality issues are addressed.
I loved these zippies at first, but after one washing (cold water and hang-dry) they were faded and pilling. They're still functional, but that's very high maintenance for baby clothes, and for them to be such poor quality at $30 a pop is really frustrating.
The pics I uploaded were after one wash and two short wears.
It might have been a bad batch. Both zippys we got have the same issue though. Maybe their new limited edition prints don't pile?
Horrible piling after the first hand wash with a drop of baby soap and air dry (hang-dry). They don't allow negative feedback and or questions regarding the quality and experience on their FB page. This product is poor quality. Customer service is meh, they offered store credit and shipping label for the cuffs issue when I stated it was way too tight around my kid's wrists and can be unsafe to wear. We also had some threading issue upon package arrival and customer service told me to simply cut it. I didn't contact them about the piling issue as I can see them not responding well to it.
I purchased our first pair. My son wore them for one day and they faded completely on the legs. I emailed and they said I should shave off any pulling and follow these cleaning instructions. Shave off pulling after one day? Seems excessive for $35 pajamas. I then tried to ask the Facebook group if this was common and my post was rejected for not following the rules. Only positive posts that encourage love for LS are allowed? How messed up is that? You're only allowed positive feedback? And no reviews allowed. I wonder why. They redirected me to the customer service email, which I already reached out to with no real resolution. Seems like a scam now to me. Sure, they're soft but I don't like shady business. No thrilled I bought a few other pairs for baby. The other review makes me even more concerned.
When it comes to buying apparel sight unseen, customers generally rely on manufacturer description of sizing. Even then, often times manufacturer sizing guidelines can be inaccurate. That's why the vast majority of online sellers of apparel offer free return shipping. Not Little Sleepies.
First, their sizing guidelines are hilariously wrong. We bought a pajama set for our daughter based on their sizing description. What we received was a pajama shirt that fits as expected but pants that are at least three sizes up. Even worse, when we initiated a return request, we were presented with options of either store credit for free returns or self-paid $5.95 returns label.
In other words, once they got your money, even if their products don't fit the way they describe, you still get penalized just to get your money back. Retailers like Little Sleepies should be ashamed.
TL;DR: Little Sleepies have bad sizing and costly returns even for NWT product returns.
Little sleepies are hands down the best pajamas this household has ever worn. Weve purchased no less than 75 sets of pajamas. The negative reviews about this brand are simply unfortunate. I can almost guarantee that they didn't bother contacting customer service because anyone knows that if they contact customer service, they're so fast to correct the issue.
This is just another mom making money kinda business. Their fabric is viscose which is now illegal to make in the US due to all of the chemicals used and health issues that come with working with this material. So the work is off shored to China. We purchase for a high price point and China uses left over scraps to make the same outfits to sell for 92% less! I purchased a pair of pants that arrived with a hole. The company did rectify the situation quickly however when I posted a review it was deleted immediately and I was told negativity of any kind is NOT welcome. Further skewing how people really feel about the product. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! With a little digging you can find the warehouse where Little Sleepies are made in China. They even offer pics of the inside and workers making the product. You also find links to the same outfits being made of left over material sold for 2-9 dollars a piece. Yes, there's no doubt that little sleepies are comfy and soft and super cute. Along with the other 400+ companies that make bamboo viscose, bamboo rayon high chemical, not made in the USA clothes. Your child is worth more than putting them in painted chemicals because it's soft… so aren't you!
I didn't get my complete order... try to return what I got but customer service wouldn't do anything to help me.
Answer: Email. If u call they don't pick up the phone but offer to leave a voicemail
