Linxup will not deliver the right equipment to you. Called customer service, got a replacement for a 6 pin cord to a 9 pin cord. They sent another 6 pin. Called customer service again, Management refused to correct the situation. Lost $3,000 due to their mistake. Asked for them to overnight the new equipment (they sent the wrong tracker as well) and three months of free service. Pretty fair for losing 3,000. Management countered with sending the right equipment, TWO night shipping. Refused to overnight it. Then offered me one month instead of three and refused to work with me in anyway. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LEARN FROM ME.
I've been attempting to remove a few devices from my account for at least 4 weeks. After several phone calls, chats, and emails No progress has been made. I've been put on hold for unreasonable amounts of time and been told repeatedly someone will be calling me as soon as they are available. The product is okay, not great or the most user friendly but it gets the job done. If you ever need to scale back your service expect a battle.
If you need GPS tracking, use some other company. We chose to pay a high fee for the devices in order to have no contract term. After 3 weeks of trying to get necessary support for initial set up, I returned the units and asked for refund of their cost as well of the month of monitoring which never happened due to no set up. Instead of a credit I was threatened with $9,900 of early termination fees for our non-existent "3 year contract." Fortunately I had already blocked them from making future charges to our card. They have been non-responsive concerning the credit for the devices despite having received them 2 weeks ago.
They have the worst service of any company ive used. They have not answered a call, email, or chat in over two months to fix the issues. When I finally got someone on the phone and said i want to close my account, they said I had to honor our 3 year agreement even though after 4 months they stopped servicing their product. Don't use them.

I used their trackers for many years with no problems but switched to another brand about two years ago. I tried a few times to cancel without success and then forgot about it for a long time. I called about once a month for the past few months and ended up on hold for 30+ minutes every time before hanging up without a resolution. Finally got through today after a 45 minute wait only to be told it would cost $350 to cancel my contract. Even though I've been charged monthly for the last two years for trackers that are not even hooked up or activated. I've attached a photo of the two replacement trackers that were sent to me nearly two years ago and were never installed or activated.
Do not use this company Linxup. I have a contract with them and cannot receive customer service. They do not respond to emails, or telephone calls, and this product does not work well. I have never done even a google review in my life but for this "business" I am making an exception. Absolutely horrible!
I have been with Linxup (13 units) for 4 years now. Just when you think they cannot get any worse, they prove you wrong. Combine trackers that do not work most of the time with non-existent customer service and you have a complete waste of money. This service will not be there for you when you need it and you will see that you wasted all of your money all of those years.

Wanted to reactivate service but was told my device was an older model but would work until they shipped a new unit. Charged me over $40 and unit DID NOT WORK! Called Aug. 30th to tell them not to charge me for next months service but they did anyways. Called Sept. 1st to get my money returned and they wouldn't give me a refund. They knowingly knew that my older device was obsolete but still took my money after numerous calls to tech. Support and then charged me after I told them not to. VERY dishonest company.
Had eld for 3 months and it never worked correctly the dash cam that came with the unit would not even plug into the unit. It had a different style plug on it. After dozens of call and hours and hours on hold. They say they will help you but they will not and eventually they will stop even responding. I had to park the truck for 2 weeks getting another eld losing thousands of dollars. They are still fighting me over the contract. Stay away from this company all they want you to do is sign the contract they will not help you and this product will cost you money

I bought a dashcam plug-in device from this company and before ordering these products, I had explained that I wanted a camera that would work 24/7, even when my car was off. Customer service told me that the camera would record everything and alert me if anything was happening to my car. I received the product and it didn't even work. I called customer service to complain about the device not working and after providing a photo of all of the parts that I received, I was told that I was missing a part and that they would send it to me. I received the missing part and the device still did not work. I asked to return the device and terminate the contract. They told me that I would have to pay over $1,000 to end the contract early. The box that I returned apparently had Fila shoes instead of the dashcam. I did not send shoes in place of the dashcam device. I am very dissatisfied with this company because on top of all this, I had to pay over $300 extra to try fixing the situation. I went through hell with this company and they put me through a lot of stress. Their dascam is a piece of garbage. It doesnt work and they lie about their products to get you to buy it.

We have been clients for several years. We have a small fleet of vehicles. Their customer service and technical support has completely tanked over the years. We currently are unable to track any of our vehicles with Apple iPhones (for 2 months now) and they said that this is something they hope to resolve, but have been working on for months with no resolution. Every time they update their app it becomes less reliable and currently does not function with an iPhone. The addresses are incorrect when the system does track. The times are not accurate, the length of stops is not logged accurately, and it is impossible to track vehicles. When you email they do not respond. I have sent approximately 15 emails with no reply. Their phone staff seems woefully under trained and some are completely ignorant of the fact they even have technical issues. We are currently trying to be released from our contract. In addition if one of the units fails they make you mail it back, wait for them to fix it or decide you should get a new one and then they will mail you a new one. So you are expected to continue to pay for the service, but not have a tracking device for the weeks it takes for this process. Absolutely ridiculous. Linxup has made us many promises such as assigning a specific person to address our issues and that they would make sure we were well taken care of. I heard from this gentleman in August and have not heard from him again. They drop the ball over and over again. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for this service.
