Do Not Use this Website - It is fake Links of London Jewellery and quite how they can get away with it is beyond me! I bought a sweetie bracelet watch as a birthday present believing it to be genuine as the site looks great. However the watch came from China with a scratch down the bracelet and did not work! I've been trying to send it back and get a refund ever since (March this year) and they won't let me - they have given me £40.00 refund and told me to keep the watch (it cost £87.00 plus pp). I've checked with Links of London head office and they say its not a genuine site - so why are they letting them get away with it?
This is a fake links of london website - it states on the page that their products are 100% authentic but this is false. I bought 2 products and only received one gift box and bag. And the chamr i brought is bent and faulty. I have trying to get a refund for days now and they keep trying to pap me off with £10 refund when i paid £53! The company if fake and dishonest - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
