Terrible! DO NOT BUY
February 3, 2020

Would give zero stars if I could. I should have read the other reviews first - whilst the dresses look great on the website the actual items when / if they arrive are terrible. Not the cotton linen blend as advertised but cheap polyester, poor fit and badly made. I paid for three and after SIX weeks received only two with an email to say they were unable to send my third and would I like another item (no thanks having seen the shocking state of what arrived) or a voucher for US$34 (no way) or a refund - yes please I am still waiting for that refund nearly two months later. One did fit but fabric was not a natural breathable and other whilst still an XL was more like a S. Buyer beware this is an overseas company where you have no rights, they will not offer refunds or exchanges and they are just ripping off gullible on line buyers. They also trade as Kiwi Sub and other names so do your research :( Not a good experience.

Dodgy. Clothes are dodgy and while the site says you can return you cannot. I spent over 15 emails and 2 months trying to return stuff. They finally gave me an address to send the items back to and even though the return was tracked and delivered there was another 10 emails going around in circles and they would not refund. I ended up getting a refund via PayPal. When I purchased they were LilyWardrobe, then Nanolily, then KiwiSub, now TotemMC. Dodgy. Do not purchase off them.

LilyWardrobe.com scam!
January 29, 2020

Garments are nothing like the images and are extremely bad quality. Impossible to get a refund through them. I had to go direct to our bank to get the transaction revoked. It also looks like they shut up shop and reopen under another name/domain (currently totemmc.com and formerly omnifairy.com, nanolilly.com, lilywardrobe.com, etc.)

I shop online all the time never had such a bad experience Lily boutique is a big scam. I bought 3 item my total was$95 and they charged me $140 when it clearly says on their website FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $59 also 10% discount when spend over $89 I got neither of them promotions to start with. It has been few weeks I still haven't received anything. Tried to contact them over the messenger, called and emailed NO REPLY. HOW PATHETIC! I am furious they Ripped me off and never delivered me my order. Everyday I check if they replied or what are they doing about it NO REPLY WHATSOEVER EVER. BE CAREFUL AND NEVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. I have never experienced anything like that before. Scamming people's money how DISGUSTING. Some fake website they have through Facebook and with other random names to scam people with same pictures of same product.

You can use their products to wash your car because they will never take a return or refund your money. Its a total scam. As is the Kiwisub Resolution Center. They resolve nothing.
