My only issue with lily Anne cabinets is that the toe kick isn't finished and you have to order a toe kick piece to give it the finished look and to have just that piece shipped is outrageous so we will be buying an unfinished toe kick piece at a different hardware store and staining it with the extra stain we ordered. This is my second time orderOmg RTA cabinets but my first time with Lily Anne and my first set of cabinets had a finished toe kick

Everything on this site was so easy to understand

Everything on this site was so easy to understand. Even after I made a mistake on my order and had to call customer service to help me out, it was quick and easy to do and they helped me understand exactly how to correct it without having to redo my entire order.

However, if I had one complaint, though, it's that communication could be a little better. I had to repeatedly contact the company about our order, after the projected ship date, and while they were quick to respond back, I got a different answer every time and still no definite date to be shipped. I do understand about the effects COVID has had on every industry and tried to be patient and understanding because of this. When I finally got an answer and told our order was ready to be shipped, I was also told we would receive an email the day after shipping with tracking numbers and that didn't happen.

On a final note, I will say that our cabinets are absolutely beautiful and worth every single penny we spent. We have had so many compliments on our cabinets and even our contractor has said that these have the same quality of the higher end cabinets that people pay top dollar for. We are truly satisfied and will definitely order from them again when we do more renovations and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks where we got our cabinets.

I was happy with my cabinets

I was happy with my cabinets. You have to plan though as it takes about 10 days to get cabinets once you order. If you change the layout or ask for different cabinets it takes 3 day turn around.

Many RTA cabinet websites are absolutely terrible
December 5, 2018

Many RTA cabinet websites are absolutely terrible - no information about warranties, when you can expect delivery, lacking construction information, etc. This was not the case for Lily Ann and your website is the sole reason we bought from you. We were also impressed with a phone call asking for help. One critique: it would be helpful to have more static images of the cabinets, or higher resolution images, for us online shoppers. Two of the models we were considering looked almost identical and we ended up finalizing our decision based on which one was at the warehouse closest to us.

Second critique post-delivery: Each of the three cabinets we purchased did not come with enough screws. We had to go to the hardware store to try and match the screws. One of the cabinets came with no directions whatsoever. It was challenging to find the directions on the Lily Ann website due to the filenames not matching the naming convention of the products that we ordered. I had to open every single PDF file listed one at a time to see what looked like it matched, for at least 40 different files. Very annoying. The directions were not clear on which screws to use where. Normally I would go by the number of screws included to determine which part goes where, but because there weren't enough screws to begin with we had to just make a best guess.
