A representative called me to inform me that the lights I ordered were out of stock and would take an additional week to reach me. They found a comparable light that was a little bit more expensive and automatically said they would comp me for the same price of my previous order. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of the representative and I wish I could remember her name to thank you her here. I will be using your company for any future lighting purchases. Thank you again for the service and delivery of my order!

I found it difficult to go back in and shop more. I had another shade I wanted to purchase and gave up.

When my order arrived the box Was crushed in the shade was bent and broken. It was useless to me. I called your customer service and they were kind enough to give me a full refund after I sent him a picture of the bashed shade.

Shipping through the United States Postal Service would be a lot cheaper for your customers! 2-3 day priority would be HALF the price! Since shipping for this order is more expensive then the purchase price of the items! Actually the price to ship through the us postal service would have not been more then 2-3 dollars! Instead of more 9 plus it cost.

I purchased my light fixtures from 21st Century Electric seven years ago. Recently I called him to replace the light bulbs. He told me that he would have to order them. He promised to call me when they arrived. I called today to check on the bulbs, he denied having them, then he said he'd check his stock and call me back. No call back, and no answering of the phone. I will never shop there again. Should you be dealing with this company?

So far, ordering was very quick and efficient.
The products were delivered in a timely manner, but one of the flood lights was damaged, most likely during transportation, and is not usable. All the other products were perfect and work great. I plan on using Lightinsupply.com in the future.

The package from LightingSupply arrived complete with all bulbs bubble-wrapped and no apparent damage. I haven't tried to use any of the four lights, yet.

Website very efficient and buyer friendly. Tried out one of the new bulbs and it provides the desired illumination. What drew me to it on your website was its description; the last CFL bulb with similar output required I purchase a larger hasp. These new bulbs are smaller and fit a lamp with a standard-sized hasp.

I found what I was looking for and was surprised that it was available. Shipping costs remained constant regardless of quantity ordered. I was able to change the quantity without starting the order over. I was surprised to learn that the delivery had been pushed out a bit. I appreciate the email communication giving me new, accurate, anticipated delivery dates.
