I assumed that there is an industry standard in size, I measured my recessed light trim and ordered accordingly. The product I received does not fit. Unfortunately, the opening is undersized rather than oversized. It will not fit. I have been searching for years for a product like this. This is the only product that I found that fits our visual design specifications. If I return them, I will have no options. I will now be forced to grind the product until it fits.

I had ordered the wrong type of bulbs for my directional lighting so I called the customer service number. A very courteous & helpful lady gave me a return order number to reference with my return & confirmed that the items needed were in stock. Overall, a very pleasant & easy experience.

I called your customer service earlier today and got the technical information I needed to be able to order this ballast for my 67 year old under cabinet fixtures in my kitchen.

10/25/2016 Update: I was able to replace the existing not working ballast and the light is working again. Great news!

Found what I need quickly, but I have not received anything yet so my experience will depend on that. I just purchased it, so far so good... They are exactly what I needed, got the order in a few days as expected. The cost of the bulbs were a little shocking, but obviously they were not typical bulbs.

Out of the 4 ballasts I received, only one was "pre-packaged" in a shrink wrap material. The others were just thrown into the box. When I go to a customers home, it would be nice to have to "unwrap" a new ballast instead of having to explain the bulk type packing. Other than that.good stuff.

The order arrived in good order after a regular delivery time. I just had to make a minor change to one of the connectors to install it. Works well and properly. Delivery/handling cost was higher than I liked. Good, almost exact, copy of the original part.

Fast and Easy

Fast and Easy. Well set up website.

I would like to address the pleasant staff that I have worked with over the phone. Each were professional and educated in the products and process. I mentioned it to the folks in my office when I got off the phone how easy and pleasant that piece of business went for me because of those employees. Please acknowledge them that someone from the public did notice them and appreciate their professionalism. Perhaps that speaks well as a reflection of their management and training.
Thank you. It may be the small detail in someones day that makes it a good day.

Degree of satisfaction I have with the purchase I'm making. I
Ordered TCP bulbs from another company recently and they
Flickered when installed. They are going back. I hope the Phillips bulbs are better quality. I usually buy Sylvania. You don't have to "follow up" re my satisfaction. If I'm not satisfied,
I'm not bashful about telling someone!

They had the particular lights I wanted for my light box. The price was better than other sites I visited. Ordering was easy and the lights arrived within days of my order. They arrived intact as they were packaged to insure there was no breakage. I would definitely order from this company again

Could not get to proper bulb except via search option. Tried several sources to obtain this bulb before finding it here.
Once the bulbs were ordered and shipped, it was not apparent how to actually track the shipment. Clicking on the track link itself resulted in an error. It was unclear how the package was shipped via what carrier.

Thanks for selling these light bulbs by the individual light bulb! Everywhere I found this bulb FOR SALE, they wanted to sell me a case of 25! Delivery was a bit slow. Price was excellent when compared to buying from others who had a minimum of 25 bulbs!

I was very dissatisfied with my order

I was very dissatisfied with my order. It took (3) different shipments to get my order correct. Each time the bulbs were delivered they were broken. Customer service stated it is rare to get breakage in shipments. I placed (1) order for (6) bulbs and the first shipment all (6) were broken. They sent out another shipment and (4) of those were broken. I was just going to cancel the shipments when I was asked to allow them to ship one more time. YES, they came in fine.

It was great to locate the correct lightbulb on line, as I had difficulty finding it in stores. I did not have difficulty navigating the website. The product I requested was available at the store a little earlier than promised. The price was comparable to other sites I visited. I was pleased that I was notified when bulbs were available for pick up.

I found it very difficult to find the items I wanted by searching. I have different shipping and billing addresses. It took more than ten minutes and a dozen tries to get two addresses accepted. The products were quickly delivered
