The prices are excellent and the first time I used the blood test services I was pleased. This most recent experience has not been nearly the same. I had to write customer service 3 time before I got the forms (I could never figure out how to down load them). I promptly went for the blood draw and I have not received the results.

I have taken several different Life Extension supplements with varying results, but I can be reasonably certain that different results are based on whether those supplements are ones I actually need because I'm deficient and not the quality of the product. There are a couple of supplements that have had a huge impact on my quality of life. I'll keep buying those from Life Extension. They have better prices than other companies that have similar quality assurances.

I like to take advantage of the sales, so I thought I try something new. I haven't tried it yet, but I have other things that I always reorder. One thing I have on auto ship because Live Extension has a high polyphenol olive oil that I use for heart health

This is my first order with Life Extensions, or at least in a while, and I'm very pleased with the product and the customer service. I accidentally pushed the "order" tab twice and was charged twice, so it appeared. However, customer service assured me I would only be charged twice and that the order was cancelled. It was taken care of. The order was for Vitamin K with MK7 with MK7 not being in a K products. I'm glad I found this particular one and will continue to order from L. E.

Ordering the products were fine. But I only received a partial order with no indication that it was a partial order and when the balance of my order would be shipped. I had to call customer servicd and they assured me the rest would be sent and when to expect it and it came on time. There were no updated text messages letting me know this, which I think is an area for improvement on your end. Overall I am pleased except for this glitch.

The amount substance in many of the vitamins you provide in your products is under the range of efficacy. It would seem you want us to buy more product, rather than provide a satisfactory amount per dosage.

I was able to obtain the vitamins and minerals I needed. However Life Extension always advertises 30% or 40% off unfortunately I have not been able to receive that kind of discount. To me that is false advertising. Treat your good customers much better in the future!

I ran out of a product earlier than expected, so just wanted to ship my next subscription order early. That wasn't possible. I had to deselect my subscription items and set up a whole new subscription. Would have been nice to be able to just change my subscription date from the 11th to the 6th. Having to undo my subscription and redo for the earlier date made me mess up my quantities. So now I have to order the missing items as a one time shipment. Just frustrating...

Long story short, my order was on hold, not processed, had to ask to cancel it, because my card didn't match to the address I was sending it. So, my experience was no pleasant.

I have been a Prdmijm member/ customer for a over 25 years, Your product quality is superior, your customer service excellent. I refer people to you frequently.

I believe Life Extension offers products of good quality. They also provide good educational material to help us understand our health needs better. When ordering, they are efficient and I receive my order quickly. Just one tiny suggestion for change: It'd be good if they used smaller envelopes for mailing our products to save postage.

Please realize. I am a huge LE fan... been purchasing from you for decades. Since your beginning... everyone that I have spoken to over the years with LE were. Helpful, kind and understanding. My 2025 has been physically challenging. And. I had a lot of bad luck with trying a few new things with LE. But. You still let me return. And... I am so grateful. For the budget does not allow for too many errors... this last conversation with LE Customer service. Was positive, helpful. A delightful person. Thank you LE for hiring folks who care about their jobs, want to do the best they can. And. Care about the LE customer..

The quality of your products is very good.
However, I was disappointed with your shipping method.
Instead of my 15-bottle purchase being shipped in a box, all 15 bottles were shipped in an envelope.
Also, the shipment was from Edison NJ, which is 50 miles from my house. It took 8 days for the package to arrive. Instead of using a private shipping company, it was shipped by USPS. The postal service at this time of year is the slowest way possible to ship a package.

Navigating Life Extensions Website was easy and enlightening. After years of buying multiple brands and averaging 30 individual supplement bottles occupying my kitchen cabinet, I have become a member of Life Extension and reduced that down to one Mix Supplement Bottle, an Extraordinary Enzyme Bottle, and a D3/K bottle (I've been told D3/K is the anti-covid formula).
