I've been buying Lofe extension for over 15 years and happy with the quality and great customer service.
Also enjoy buying f the lab tests don't have to be requesting my doctor and prices reasonably.

I was impressed with the efficiency in handling my lost shipment. The Customer Service person I spoke to was friendly, kind, and effient. Since this is a rarity today I truly appreciate the way my problem was resolved.

It's always easy to place an order and I have always been pleased with the products I have purchased.

Since I ha e been taking it I fall asleep fast & stay asleep all night. I am able to do math in my head better than ever, & remember passwords better.

I try to add things to my auto ship, but it never works. I generally like the vitamins; they don't seem to contain ingredients that cause sensitives.

The collagen peptide itself is a quality product, but the jar arrived only half full, which is disappointing—especially at this price point. Competitor brands offer the same, if not better, quality with full containers for the exact cost. Additionally, after promoting your products, I discovered that all the affiliate links return 'Access Denied.' We rely on these commissions to fund our campaigns, so this issue needs to be resolved promptly. Thank you.

My purchase wasn't available where I lived but they never contacted me to let me know nor canceled my order. They did only when I reached out. Really bad communication. I had a specific time window to get the labs done. It's just a bad experience on my end. Nothing against them.

I was upset that products are discontinued without enough information. For example, you don't seem to have Endothelial Defense or Cosmesis Neck Rejuvenating cream any more. Also Cardio Peak used to have Hawthorne with the Arjuna but now it's just gone.

I forgot to revise my auto-ship delivery like I do every month and got the notification that the order was placed. There were items I didn't need yet. I immediately called customer service and they canceled my order and were very polite and efficient

Posative experience. Needed certain type of vitamins and found them at Life Extensions. Way better that Amazon.

First "test" order with this company based on co-workers advice. Shipping was amazingly fast. I have only been taking vitamins/supplements for a few days, so too early for a definitive review, but so far so good.

Easy to use website. Clear selections as to if you are only doing a one time purchase or want the product on a monthly cycle. It's easy to adjust to much you need if you are needing more or less product. Discounts are great and you always get the lowest price being offered at the time.

I've been a customer for decades and am increasingly frustrated by the time it takes to compare one product to another. For example, I look up vitamin c and get 10 options. I have to then click multiple times to get the supplement facts on a few, take handwritten notes, compare and then choose one.
With ever-increasing options, this takes a lot of time. Why not use AI and be able to choose 3 supplements and be able to compare them side by side? This would be a game changer for me and many others!

I ordered about a week ago four different supplements that I buy from LE from time to time. The order went fine. But the shipping to California is ridiculous. It is so slow! That's why I buy LE supplements on Amazon throughout the year. I get the shipment within a day or two. So I did it this time but I won't order direct from LE especially in the summer months when the heat outside could affect the product. I'm hoping the package will arrive today. It has been stuck in California up north for the last few days...

I can't. My supplements never arrived so tuere is no way I can provide feedback. I have never had this problem before. Please provide phone number so I can talk with customer service about it.
