As soon as i send the first payment of the free trial, my credit card was changed with US Dollars 189 as well. I cancelled immediately and should get the payment back. Will wait

This company is a joke, don't trust them, don't enroll in a "free trial". Save yourself the headache, this company is misleading and product lacks results.

I got a "free trial" of this cream (I just needed to pay for the shipping). Well, not only they charged me for the "free" cream, but also they suscribed me, and I was charged with 149 dollars every two months for 3 times. It seems that they have a clausule (in a tiny size) written in a complex language for the subscription, and you have to scroll down to see it.
PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY FREE TRIAL OF ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.
Talking about the cream, it´s ok, but it´s absolutely overpriced. You can have creams much better and cheaper, particullarly European brands (the organic ones are the best).
I don´t recommend this product at all!

I ordered this product and I can attached the amount of emails I sent and the call where I was suppose to be called back. Horrible customer service no one got back to me they sent the package and it Placed at another home lost stolen instead of sending me a replacing item they have given me the run around asking me to fill out a theft complaint with the usps and they ask questions that only the company can answer I explain this to them yet nothing I was told I would get a call back still waiting and they stole my money cause I didn't get the item or my money back these people are crooks. Bad company and service. All they have to do is send me a replacement item every company ensures there product I guess they don't care if customers receive the items or not and problem resolved they probably would of had a long term customers but with this experience I have had I will assure to leave a review EVERYWHERE SO PEOPLE DON'T GET TAKEN FOR A FOOL. They try to trick you. They bait you with a "free sample" order and then make it very hard to cancel. The sample isn't actually free.
