Location is not very accurate. Says at home but actually 2 blocks away. Sometimes does not

After they have you money the is no customer service, I was unable locate my son or teenage son. Multiple emails sent requesting assistance, advised me to request a refund through apple the would not help. No refund was issued, apple Corp advised me to get my refund from LIFE360, the are part of TicTok a China software company. Why in Gods name are we downloading a China software application in our phones? Do NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE APPLICATION.

I've tried life 360 twice now and must say the original install was on an S10 Samsung phone and within minutes 60% of my battery power was depleted. For my new S21 When I Install the app saying deal on my S21I went from 77% down 215% within minutes of my phone became agitatedly hot this app is a ruin.

So pleased I had this app on my new Apple 12 phone ($1000). Seems I accidentally dropped my phone while grocery shopping and so I asked customer service if someone had turned it and they said no. Got home and remembered the Life 360 app. Used it to track the phone to a house where police met us nearby and got the address from us. They doubted the accuracy of the app and gave us a report for insurance but said they would knock on the door just in case. We were all amazed that the people gave the police the phone and they returned it to me. The officer said they had never seen an app be so accurate. It was such a great ending and wouldn't have happened without Life360. Thanks!

Daniel F and Gary K said most of the problems I'm having. Me and my husband have it for safety reasons but also because I can get really paranoid. I noticed it would jump to a random location and notify me that he left and would take minutes to go back to where he actually is. Fix the app then maybe I'll come back.

Life 360 single handedly murdered my step sister with its terrible content. With the death of my sister came the death of her fetus - my son. Obviously i am beyond devastes as the sex has really gone downhill since.

The app itself is very great, and helpful for all families to have in times of serious need. I have experienced many cases, myself, where Life360 is used for the opposite. Having teens download the app installs distrust from their parents into them. Personally, my family overuses the app to the point where it's not normal, and it's very weird. Life360 allows members of your circle to see your driving route, your speed, the times you were at places, and always where you are. The app in itself is great, when used correctly. May other people have problems with this issue, too. I think that Life360 should install a timer for people viewing other's locations while on the app. This will let parents look at the location for a reasonable amount of time, only when needed, or if something like Crash Protection goes off. It will block off how frequently that parents can view the location.

Has me walking and driving places I'm not stationary in one spot and has me all over the place. Wife thinks I'm having an affair because I'm all over the place. In this photo I never left one spot but it had me walking around all night and I was asleep and didn't move from one place.

My partner in another country can not locate me from time to time and although it works sometimes 75% of the time it fails, so since the malfunction is irregular it is hard to address and Life360 support has be useless

The app Life360 works well. As a female who travels alone worldwide, the app makes it easy for my family to know exactly where I am. If something were to happen to me, there is a shot that I can be found. My teen has the app too. When his car broke down in the middle of the night, we were easily able to find him and help.

We do not use the app as a way to spy on each other but instead as a way to stay safe or help one another.

My family uses this app. We are a family of 5. The 3 kids are all adults with our own families living in our own homes. We use this app to keep track of each other in this crazy world. Helps us track our older parents when they travel to doctors app ect. As well as each other when we might go to social events and such or maybe we are looking to visit. It's been a lifesaver and it's fun for us as a family.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE this app. My wife is constantly asking me, why I don't call her when I go outside on a break at work, because Life 360 is "Sooooooo accurate" This App is a complete joke. If you're in a relationship that you cherish, DO NOT DOWNLOAD Life 360, or it could end up ruining it all!

I have 2 teenage daughters and 1 son soon to be 12. Life360 helps many different ways but most importantly just knowing their location can mean the difference in their life. I'm grateful for Life360!

My parents force me to use this app so they can keep track of where I am at all times. The problem is, I'm an adult and they are still insistent on using it to keep tabs on me. The data it collects is also usually incorrect, and I feel like I have less safety, security, and privacy with my entire family and this corporation being invasive of my personal life and where I go.

Nightmare this app is gonna cause me a divorce it says I leave in middle of night when I don't. It says I visited an address over 100 times never been to that address my wife thinks that's my girlfriend's house. My wife got app I agreed because she thought I was having an affair so since I have nothing to hide I agreed and it's caused major problems almost like something out of twilight zone. I tried contacting customer service no phone number it's like pandora you can never talk to anyone because of this app my wife is convinced I'm having an affair. It also says phone usage when I never touched my phone she thinks I'm erasing messages. Don't get life 360 it's caused alot of problems for me it don't have any customer service.
