Sometimes it says I'm on places in the middle of the night which I'm not.
I think my cell is making connections with other wifi. It'll also say I went across a freeway which obviously you can't do hummm
Calls them short trip
I've had this for years. It worked great but in the last year it's spotty. I posted a negative review before and it started working again. Now it doesn't. They made some changes and they were not an improvement.
I have come across a lot of tracking apps but I can say this is the best of all I have used. And am really grateful to Prohakks he works anonymously and helped out with all what I wanted to get from my partner's phone remotely without any traceable sign. He's really perfect and reliable. You can send a contact via Email - prohakks at Gmailcom he's readily available for anything that has to do with hacking. Don't hesitate to contact him if you have any issues
Company does not stand behind their benefits! My son was the victim of a robbery which included our vehicle, his phone and his wallet. With our Gold membership we should be eligible for a $250 protection. I emailed as required. Took them days to respond (after more follow up emails from me) with the claim form. Filled the form out and sent the CAD police report I was able to obtain. Again days go by and they tell me they need the full police report. Immediately responded that the full police report isn't available due to this being an ongoing robbery investigation. Gave them the name and all contact info for the detective on the case so they could verify. Continue to get the same canned response from Life360 customer service that they need the full police report and it has to be received within 15 days of the phone being stolen. Asked for the name and phone number of a supervisor. 3 days later I get a call on my cell phone with NO CALLER ID. It's Life360. Go back and forth with this "supervisor" saying he's sorry but there's nothing he can do that they need the full police report and it needed to be within 15 days. Asked to speak to someone higher up and he said there's no one higher than him and he needs to follow their policy. Explained that my son was a victim of a crime and I will get them the full police report as soon as the investigation is over. Told them this wasn't a simple "someone stole my phone from my locker" situation. Told him I'm sure he has the power to make a note in the file that the police report will be provided as soon as it's available to be released. He absolutely would not do this. IT'S OBVIOUS LIFE360 doesn't want to stand behind their product and plan benefits. It's beyond unfortunate that a victim of a crime is further punished because it is not possible to get the police report. LIFE360 should be ashamed. And I find it very interesting the supervisor called from NO CALLER ID. It is clear this company wants no actual contact with it's customers as you cannot find a phone number anywhere. So frustrating and defeating.
Lifer360 shows my gf was driving around her house for 20 mins. Making stops at some places and back home. When i called her, she insist she is at home. Shall i trust her? Anyone have similar experience? I called life360 support team who told me location bouncing is common but not showing the user is driving (with speed shown). Anyone can help?
Not dependable
I feel it will get a lot of children in trouble and adults with it's unreliable gps system They need to shut down this app. It caused me to almost have a heart attack when it sent a update saying my mother was going 85! I called straight away and thought something was wrong for her to be going that fast. And she said no way was she going that fast. My mom works five minutes from home said it took her 20 minutes going 85 mph. Really? Shows she is still driving when she is home. My Waze app works way better than this. Only if they did location tracking for family members then it would be on point
Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in so much in your life, that you forget other people face problems as well.keyword "Other people" my car got stolen, the storage facility called the police on me,got my car towed to a Walmart parking lot and got the police called on me again, and Then Live 360° sent out a "Respectable, genuine guy "Twine" and this guy didn't flex or flinch about my situation, he was their to help, he was just doing his job.Great service is hard to find and Webster needs to make this guy the Poster Guy of "great Service", I gotta tip my hat to him, keep up the good work bro...360° needs to give him a raise the way yalls reviews look.lol jk
I have had this app for about 4 months now and it's given me nothing but problems. I am 17 and on probation, I have a 7 pm curfew, and I can't leave home without my parents. This app was supposed to make my life easier, but it has done nothing but give the wrong location, randomly stop sharing my location, say I made a trip when I didn't. This app has made my life a living hell.
Completely unreliable. Doesn't update location, or shows me a "No network or phone off" message, when that's not the case.
This is for the free service - thank goodness I haven't signed up for any paid service. I wanted to try it out first. Thank goodness I did. In comparison, when my kids share their location with me via Find My, it is 100% accurate all of the time.
$#*! app does not do as advertised. Cannot be on more than one circle... locations do not work. DO NOT USE
I definitely don't recommend this service they charged my card for a monthly service plan 4 times then when I tried to email them about it and sent my receipt in I got no response the number on the website is wrong so you can't reach them in today's world I refuse to have a company who can't even be trusted with my credit card and you can't reach know the location of my family it's creepy do better
So have payed for a gold membership on life360 in one of my circles for a while, up until august 25th, 2022. That being said, i had crash detection on. And had the emergency response feature at the time. I have screenshots of my drive from that day. I had driven 27 miles. And then crashed my car off a 20 foot cliff into a creek, after hitting 8-10 inch washboards going 40mph, down a hill. So realistically was probably going even faster when i hit the ground. More than fast enough for a crash to be detected, acording to life360s explanation of their services.
I spun in a circle like a frizbee right off that cliff, and still had my foot on the break when i landed, so came to a complete and abrupt stop. Hard enough that when my chin hit the steering wheel, i split my face open all the way down to the bone, and smashed my head off the windshield hard enough to break it and be knocked out for roughly 3-4 minutes. More than fast enough for the crash to be detected. No one was ever notified. Not even the other people in my circle. Let alone anyone who could really help. I even have screenshots of the drive from the app.
It use to be accurate, now I can be in North Carolina and it's showing that I'm at my parent's which are in South Carolina. Need to check on that.
Everytime I go in and out of service it bings me at locations that are 20 minutes away. And of course that caused big problem with my bf.
Thanks guys smh. I walked to my van which was about 15 yards away and it said I made a 5 mile trip in 2 minutes which would have made me going 80 to 90 down a road that is curvy and marked for 40mph.
I would get notifications, most incorrect. Just random notifications saying that my teenage son left places he didn't leave and would say he went random places. I have a teenage son that I trust and this app has made me question him several times and that is not ok. I am deleting the app.
What kind of business will not offer a partial refund even if you cancel one day after the annual renewal fee hits your credit card? Do not pay for any memberships to this app. Life360 gave no warning that a subscription renewal was imminent and charged my card as "Apple. Pay". It took the better part of the day deciphering and searching the internet for what this charge was pending to and after I found out and Life360 responded to me, the payment went through before I can go in and cancel my subscription. Not very forthright of them, so 'buyer's beware'.
I tried to sign on again and they say my email is already being used (by me!). I enter my email and they tell me it's being used! I cannot call them and they are preventing me from using their app which my husband and I have used for a couple of years. This is so unkind! We are 77 years old and want to be able to check on each other.
My gf got this app for family. One night its said I left home 1am in morning but im still in bed. Then picks back up at 8:50am at location blocks away from home. Their are days I lose 10 mins of tracking. Absolutely horrible app
Answer: It shows accurate time just a wrong location...
