Bought two hats for $66 including shipping. Hats were cheaply made crap made with cheap materials. I had the joy of paying them $18 after my "Refund." Real scammers here. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered two hats for $41.98 plus $7.99 shipping, a total of $49.97. When I received the hats in two separate boxes, they were a size too small for my head. I took a trip to a Lids location to make an exchange and they claimed I could not do it in store and had to ship the hats back.
I followed the prompts on Lids.com to initiate a return. I found out that return shipping would cost $9.99. That's an absurd amount for a package that weighs well under a pound. They populated two return labels, one for each hat. I only used one label and put both hats in one box with the other label because I thought they might charge me twice. To get the right size, I'd have to make a new order and pay $7.99 shipping again. That's $25.97 in shipping for a simple exchange for size. That's a lot of money to ship two hats that weigh next to nothing.
But it gets better... they did charge me $9.99 twice for shipping despite me sending the two hats in one box. Out of the $49.97 I paid initially, I received $18.03 refunded to me. So two hats that did not fit which I simply wanted to exchange cost me $31.94 only to end up empty handed.
I recommend you do everything you can to avoid shopping online with this company. They are clearly thieves and can't be trusted to provide quality service. I've never seen anything like this before. Their customer service never responded to my message about this theft. I will never do business with this company ever again.
Tried ordering a hat on 3 different occasions, all were cancelled after being successful in the transaction. Wish I would've read the reviews first. All bad
Customer Service is Non-Existent! Was on Hold for 49 Minutes (I Kid You Not!). They Sent my Order in 4 separate Deliveries and ALL TO THE WRONG LOCATION! They Told me I had to get in touch with FedEx & USPS to have them hold packages for me for pick up. I asked them to Cancel my order within 10 Minutes of Completion Online and they said they are not able to? Worst Experience EVER. If I could give them ZERO or Negative Stars I would but cannot.
Purchased a couple items online for gifts for christmas on December 8th got my order the 20th and a hat I ordered as a present didnt come. Called customer service and they told me they are now sold out of the size I needed. They were not very concerned that they screwed up my order. I had them just refund my money. Extreally disapointed!
Such a weird experience with lids, sent me a piece of cloth I ordered in a poor quality, not same as picture online. On top of that $9.99 fee for return. I will not ever back to lids
Ordered a simple Fedora for a man in a nursing home as an anonymous gift. What did Lids do? They chose to use the slowest, cheapest delivery option, USPS, which can't find it's way in broad daylight!
Nor can the USPS compete with a single private carrier even if they bought new horses for theres outdated, snail mail, pony express.
I should have known from the start something about this was not going to work out.
First they manipulated the order date, they show 12. 5. 2015 my credit card was charged on 12. 2. 2015.
So what happens, the gift giving was yesterday, I had to run out and try to find a Fedora, as to not disappoint someone because of Lids/Locker Room gross negligence.
The best is calling "Customer Care", that is of course only if you have many hours to kill on hold or have them call back at 10pm. Lids, cannot obviously handle volume or a simple order during the holiday season. I can't imagine

Ever since Lids merged with Fanatics it's been nothing but a hassle for loyal Canadian customers to get the products they want and deserve. The Lids Canada website says things are in stock or available in store but nothing seems to be correct about that.
Even when searching for an item online... all you get is... Oops. We couldn't find the page you requested and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Being a long loyal customer doesn't seem to matter to this company now. I had a Lids access pass account and in transition I lost all points. I know I'm not the only one having this problem but talking with their customer service has proven ridiculous and provided no solution. They post twitter, instagram, Facebook...
Showing Canadians things they can't purchase because of lack of availability. I realize Lids isn't the same anymore but this is a pathetic excuse for a way to treat its longstanding Canadian customers. I think they need to apologize to customers and put more effort into fixing this website problem soon.

The only reason I gave it 1 star was because -100 stars wasnt an option. SO. I got a jazz sweatshirt about 3 weeks ago. So I order it on FANZZ. Well, about 9 days ago I hadnt heard anything from them, so I emailed and asked for my tracking on it. Didnt hear anything back. So I called, like, 10 times. No answer. Emailed AGAIN today, no answer. Called them AGAIN, THREE TIMES, no answer. So I messaged them very unhappy via Facebook. They said they would send my info over to a sales manager who could take care of me. NO ONE TOOK CARE OF ME. Instead they told me the sweatshirt was out of stock, I wouldnt get it, and a refund would happen in 10 days. You take my money 2.5 weeks and want me to wait 10 days for a refund? You guys are a joke. Dont buy.
I ordered a men's size patriots jersey and received a women's size. I return it to get it fixed this all has been a hassle calling back n forth and emails already it's been 3 weeks dealing with the same situation so the jersey they had to look for it since it wasn't online nomore. They finally contacted me saying my new order was set to go and positive it was the correct size. Now they sent it with FedEx I was tracking it very happy I was finally gonna receive it and it told me it got delivered I called the ones that were home to confirm with me they said their was nothing their they even went to check with the nieghbors. I'm completely over it i don't know what to do it's a gift and now i don't know what to say. Fanzz completely messed up with expierence for me I will never order from here again. I hope I find my order or they help me resolve it.
Josh is the nicest employee ever. Great customer service, he's funny, and he sold us the hats in two seconds. Super cool, and definitely coming back if he's there.

I ordered 2 hats on line. I revived tracking number and awaited my order. 10 days later I received my package opened it up to find 1 hat, that I did not order. Inside the box there was a receipt for the hat, with someone else's name on it and the packing slip for my order. When I called customer service I was given Apologies. I called again and they stated they would send out the replacement and give me 2 day Air. When I spoke to them to check about shipping tracking number I was told the order would not be fulfilled for 2 business days and it would then take 2 business days to reach me. So in total my order will take approximately 17 days to reach me if it reaches me in their time frame. When I call customer service all I get is apologies. They mess up and the best part I have to go to ups to send out the hat they sent in error to me. So not only do I have to wait for my order I also have to go and send out there package back to them. I will never buy online from them again. Horrible business practices and there employees must be high when they're fulfilling orders
If i could have given you a 0 on the rating i would have! I went to Lids in the Jefferson Mall on Christmas Eve to purchase a couple of hats! I ended up getting 4! 3 of them i had names put on so i had to wait to pick them up, i was told it would take about an hour or so which was fine because i had a few other stores i needed to go to anyways so I didn't mind waiting at all! I ended up coming back in about 3 hours to pick them up! When i get there to get them the line was literally out the door they were super busy! The gentleman handed me my 4 hats i look at the one on top and it looks great so I didn't even question the other 2! When i got out to my car i look at the other 2 both of which were messed up and looked terrible! 2 of the 3 hats that i had names put on were completely unacceptable they had long threads and one had a kink right in the middle of the name so i couldn't even fix that one without messing up the whole name and taking a chance on it coming unraveled! Not only am i a loyal customer but i spent $160.00 there today and i am completely unsatisfied! I will not be returning to this lids in the future! They were supposed to have offered anyone who spends $50.00 or more in store a free gift in store only which i was not offered period and i spent 3 times that amount!
I ordered an item that cost over originally 299.99 from this company, little did I know that the item would never reach it destination. Long story short the mailing services which they offered that I used (UPS and USPS, Standard: 3-7 Business Days, UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited) mailed the item to the other company and know two weeks later the item can't be found. I have called Lids who told me to call UPS once done they say call USPS. A big waste of time. My item has been pending acceptance since 9/16/2022, damn near impossible to speak to a human with the number provided for customer service. All in all just a bad experience trying to buy a jersey and never got it. Look elsewhere, check out their competitors, and if do decide to deal with them DO NOT USE their offered mailing service of UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited. Its mailing claims did not hold true regarding my purchase to the point I decided to get a refund to cancel order and probably won't do business here anymore based on the run around. I ordered hats that cost $75 bucks and they don't fir. Can't return or exchange them. It such a hassle. Now I have 2 hats that just sit in my closet and look pretty! I DONT recommend them at all!
I ordered 3 hats and I did this a week in advance because they ship it when they want too ship your package I put the correct address my hat wasn't shipped to me it was a big circle thing and I didn't even want the money but I wanted the hat so I called she told me she fixed the issue then with out letting me know the cancel my hat so where my money they like oo this that and the third no lids become ode $#*!ty I'm not a fan no more
