Ive been a customer for about 15 yrs. I stopped going to my closest store bec of the minimal selection and the better one is a little too far. My last 3 online orders have been cancelled to some extent. Either the item went on backorder after I purchased or it was completely out of inventory, only to find out days later. I made a purchase last night just to get my bday gift. Today I had an email stating that the bday gift wasnt available. What the heck?! Ill just try Ulta again. At least they gave me a $10 coupon

Ive never had to deal with them for an online issue before. Hope never to again. I read a delivery confirmation that states my order was delivered this morning. Well, it wasnt. So I tried to reply. You cant reply. So I tried to chat. They were too bust to even put me in a queue. My last option is to call. Thats not going to happen. Cant believe theres no email option to contact them.

I returned boots on 12/6. Today a refund posted (1/2/18). on 12/16 I recd an email stating my return was in process. on 12/29 I sent an email asking about the refund, today a portion of it posted. The amount I paid with a gift card is being refunded by gift card--by SNAIL MAIL! This was my first/only order with them, so I doubt I'll use the gift card. Wasted time and money

I've ordered a few times in the past years. this is the first time I've had a return. I requested a return label by email(I waited and waited on the 800#). It's supposed to take 3 DAYS to receive. Plus it needs to be sent by UPS. a drop box isn't far from me, but it is in a congested area I try to avoid. It's supposed to be free, hopefully it really is. 1 more day to wait on my return label

I've had good and bad experiences over several years. Recently I ordered a Bengals tee that looked really cute online. There wasn't much of a description and only 1 picture. When I recd it, it was cheap looking and flat out ugly. I didn't even take it out of the package. I didn't like having $5.50 deducted for the return label. Wish they could provide more details on products.

Been shopping here for years. Starting to have issues in the past year. Most recently I ordered some Timberland boots in womens 8. The correct style of shoe arrived but the actual boot was labeled 6. BUT the box was correct. What really ticks me off is that i have to pay return shipping for their mistake

I've tried a few times over several weeks to order the candles in the color jars. Every time I clicked purchase I got an error message stating an item is out of stock. But it doesn't show me which one. I've removed and added items trying to find out. I kept getting the same message, so I gave up. I really really don't want to go in the physical store, they have very annoying sales people!

I gave ebay another try. I've ordered 3 low cost items. So far all 3 have arrived in Amazon prime packages--not repacked, but direct from Amazon in Lexington. Not sure what's going on. Annoyed bec i was trying to avoid amazon

I left ebay after selling for 12 years, so I wanted to find another place to sell. I had a shoe store on ebay, but got scammed twice and ebay nor paypal helped me, plus business slowed after Amazon went prime. so I found poshmark. I've been selling and buying here for @3 years. one time I did delete my account. Last night I had my first claim against me. But the reason was vague. I replied to posh. no response. today they stated the item had a hole and the buyer sent pics. I requested to see the pictures. no response. I don't even list under-par items, so I was ticked. with their increased shipping, I've deleted smaller items also. I can't justify paying $7 for shipping a tee, so why should I expect a buyer to. Also, sellers are rarely describing their item, SO PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS B4 BUYING! I wish posh wouldn't allow 7 days to ship an item. if it takes 7 days to ship, you aren't a serious seller. I've had 4 items cancelled due to time expiring. I've recently started receiving more requests for offline transactions--don't take the bait. it is time consuming--personal time and wifi time!

Tip for consumers: Get many many followers b4 listing. They will he help share your items to their followers. Not sure if I truly believe this. I've never bought from someone I follow; I've search for a specific item and bought it. take a picture of the packaging b4 mailing.
