They declined to respond to my emails when I requested a refund of my deposits. Their lines do not go through. A guy by the name of Kingsley Cole used to call me every day before I made my deposit. When I did, he went quiet. I realized this guy was from Ghana. Another person by the name of Stephan Todd was very rude and disrespectful. He told me he is busy with other things I stop disturbing him. This company made me lose trust in online trading altogether. So demoralizing...!

Its fraude company consists of lots of incompetent employees in India who always make you invest with a false commitment and later they denied to keep their promises. They never give you money back by making you fool showing some policies.
All contact numbers in their web sites are incorrect so that whenever you want to contact them they will not be available. Even i have raised my concerns in their portals but no actions were taken.

It is quite convenient to work with them. There is a good training and they give a personal manager who is in touch 24/7 (my manager got sick for a week, but tech support took over his work).

The most important thing is to pass verification before withdrawing money. The withdrawal itself takes 3-4 days, which is fast enough for a brokerage firm (I know, I worked with several and waited for money for 2-3 WEEKS!)
