Hired LevelUp AMZ (Nimu Sales & Marketing Ltd) to manage my Amazon PPC. Their pitch included wildly inflated sales projections to convince me to sign a long-term contract. They claimed I'd sell: 1.585 units in Month 1 2643 units in Month 2 3962 units in Month 3. These numbers were not only unrealistic — they were completely unattainable for a new Amazon listing with no reviews, no ad history, and no sales data. When I later questioned them, they couldn't back the numbers up with any strategy or logic. Despite these promises, they failed to properly manage my campaigns. There was no testing, no optimization, and no strategic guidance. The A+ content they delivered was sloppy, generic, and full of spelling mistakes — completely unfit for my brand. I had to request multiple revisions, which were never fixed correctly. After paying them over $5,000 for virtually nothing, I formally terminated the agreement for breach of contract. They ignored my termination and continued sending invoices for work they never performed — and then threatened to send me to collections and damage my credit if I didn't pay for an additional 9 months of service. This is not how a legitimate business operates. If you're a small business owner considering LevelUp, walk away. Their entire model is built on overpromising, underdelivering, and trying to intimidate clients who dare to speak up. I've documented everything and reported them — and I strongly urge others to protect themselves.
