I ordered my glasses on April 10th and still have no emails or texts about my shipping updates, as I was promised. No glasses have come in the mail, and there's no way to track my order outside of downloading some app that is asking for information I don't want to or need to share with it to track a package. I need these to drive at night, and I was hoping to have them by now.

Where are my glasses, guys?

They offer designer glasses at affordable prices. This is my second time ordering and I was very satisfied, shipping was also in a timely manner, glasses are beautiful, high quality, authentic and I could not be happier. If your looking for designer glasses and to save some money check them out!

I had to follow up three times about whether or not my order would be cancelled/refunded. It wasn't until I threatened to file a paypal dispute, did I receive an answer. Bad customer service.

I think this company means well but needs to work on their communication. I finally got my order in today after 3 months. Better late than never. The sunglasses are great and exactly what I wanted!

Let me say that lensntrends are the best. From start to finish just amazing even sent my sister to them. That's how good they are. Amazing frames and trendy wear. So many different brands are available at very discounted price. I bought designer sunglasses for myself as well as for my brother and we liked it so much. Perfect color combination and classy frames. Also protects the eyes from UV rays.
