Don't EVER order from Lens.com. First of all they have this rebate program which requires you to cut the boxes apart and takes between 3 and 12 months to receive (what a hassle.) Secondly, they sent me the wrong prescription and because the boxes were cut (for the rebate program) they will not accept them and replace them with my correct lenses. I'm so over it - time to find a new supplier (other places are cheaper anyway.) Avoid this company!😡

The website was down the day I called Lens.com. The representative explained this and ask that I do my order online, which would be quicker. My new prescription had to be resent as the first time, Lens.com was unble to open the file. I did this completed the order with the new prescription and received confirmation they received the order and my new prescription. The contacts arrived quickly. Thanks!
The price was $40 a box cheaper than my eye doctor. The order was extremely easy to place. So far so good. I will DEFINITELY continue shopping through this company!

I wasn't sure about ordering contacts online, worried I'd get a knock-off or substandard product. I'm happy to report nothing could be further from the truth. I am thrilled with my purchase, and am ordering more. :)
Price are great with the promised rebate, but they are obviously counting on you not getting it. First you have to "remember" to wait 14 days after shipping to print the rebate form. Then if you do you have to mail in the physical proof of purchase barcodes from the end of the box. Of course you received your contacts 10 days earlier and already threw away the outer box the contacts came in, but that is were the proof of purchase is... sorry you can't have your rebate you don' t meet the required conditions. Bottom line compare prices without the rebate to make your decision, then if you do manage to jump through all the hoops that's a bonus... but don't count on it.
First time customer, referred by a friend. I was very impressed with the customer service given! I had to make changes to my prescription, the rep called my optometrist and got it all squared away for me. I received my contacted a few days later. I'm very happy I used lens.com
My mind is always blown by how quickly this site can ship things sometimes! Last time I swear got my contacts within a couple days of ordering, which was great. It's also very easy to add your prescription or re-order your usual order. 10/10 you guys rule!
I'm having a lot of trouble with these lenses. My eye burn, my eye gets red, I have to use eyedrops several times while wearing them. I can only wear one about three hours; the other maybe four or five hours. I don't know what to do. I'm very disappointed. I've been wearing contacts since the 1960s and have never had this problem.

Would give only 1 star, except they did send the correct product and the phone support people were OK, though didn't always have accurate info. If not for those 2 things, 1 star.
My first and last time to order from this co. I've been getting contacts online for over a decade from various companies. This was the worst.
Not only did they wait over 3 days to tell me that the contacts I had ordered weren't in stock (why wasn't I informed of that when I ordered?), the email I was sent to inform me was remarkable for its:
-lack of apology to me
-lack of acknowledgement that I might be inconvenienced by a week delay in receiving them
-stating "there's nothing you need to do" when I DID need to call their customer service and see what I could do to get them shipped to me faster.
Between the inexplicable long delay informing me that my lens were back ordered, and that stunning absolutely non-apologetic email, plus still getting the lens 1 week late, NO WAY would I ever order from lens.com again. I learned my lesson!
Tip for consumers:

Customer service answered my question about colored contacts for my brown eyes in case I drop one-too much color in their colored contacts for subtlety so I went with the pale blue with the dot and it's easy to see. The contacts came within a week in spite of that heavy winter snow storm we had. Recommended for easy contact and pleasant ordering. Thank-you.
I am not sure why you have the rebate process. Things take way too long and my guess is that you hope people will forget to submit for rebates which is why you can submit right away. Also once submitted rebates take way too long to be received. I have two pending for many weeks now and of course everyone is blaming COVID for the delays. We not just give good prices and stop the rebates.
Easy to order and my product arrived in a very timely fashion. The price was also great, the most affordable that I had found without using insurance. Overall I had a good experience.
I ordered once and got a reasonably priced box of contacts. We I tried to order another box they tried to charge me taxes and fees of 75% of the contacts I was ordering! When I tried to find out from their so called customer service dept why the huge increase I was told that "Everything goes up!". The contacts went up 10 dollars and the fees and taxes added another 75%, almost 100 dollars for a 40 dollar box of lenses! Unacceptable!
