The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

As soon as I completed my questionnaire I was getting calls and was able to speak with multiple lenders that gave me good quotes.
You guys are a total scam. You want my property? Ear shot
I have no experience I just answered questions that was asked.
I don't like giving much info. Don't want to be harassed.
So far, so good, but nothing has happened yet. With a solid rate and a knowledgeable and courteous L. O., I will write a review at the closing table
Menus Move fast and questions are on target
Good, I don't know what to say but there service is okay for right now
I had not finished inquiry before first telephone call.
Simple to use. May save you a significant amount of money.
I wanted to see the options…. I don't want all these people to blow up my phone.
Have tried this and hasn't worked out so skeptical. Ok so far this time
You say that you give quotes, but then have to speak with an agent. Why can't the quote be given without speaking to someone. Totally turned me off!
Simple, direct and over all pretty fast. Thanks team.
Absolutely worst experience ever. I got over 40 phone calls from different lenders within a 6-hour period. 40! I will never-- never--use this service again. Not to get continuous (and I mean continuous) calls.
Typical compile and sell your info site with no real rates.
I do not like that all lenders will contact me. I would rather look at their info and call them. I regret completing the questionnaire.
It's been rocky but I know it's worth the climb! Let's show everyone more Smiles and give everyone 8 hugs a day to make the sun come out to play...
They never give the rates. They only want to call you first.
Looking for numbers only not sales people trying to sell me a loan.
I don't want a bunch of phone calls wasting my time
People want to see rates. I know you want to help your clients get business, but you need to find a happy medium so you don't alienate consumers. For example, you can show a rate chart without including whose rates your quoting. That would give me incentive to take the phone calls until the company with the best rate calls me.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
