I bought a set of two bakewares, one larger and one small. Since there is no sizing listed on the website, I did not realize that the smaller one is so small that I cannot use it for anything. I had to go to the website to file a return just to get a return code. After that, I have to pay return shipping because I cannot return to any store around my area. I am not sure when I will be getting my money back and I do not expect it will be soon according to reviews from BBB. This will be the first and last time I buy from here. Bad experience.

Le Creuset in S.Carolina hires the worst. Should be in parking lot running parking booth.

Where does one start? I see an ad on their web site with a certain offer. Turns out, their iT department inadvertantly left offer on line an extra day or so. Took screen shot of said offer. Customer service was closed during holiday. Got told by more than one, very unprofessional woman that just because I had proof of offer, program had ended. They are in S.Carolina. So. Extra disappointing to see what our country is lowering its standards to. Obviously. Hiring anyone that has time to answer a phone and no morals, scruples or up bringing that truly does not care about the American spirit of simply doing the right thing. Shame on you Le Creuset.
