I bought this jacket for my teenage son and he loves it! The site was easy to navigate and place an order. The jacket arrived quickly, was true to size, and of excellent quality! I can see him having this jacket for years, but he will most likely outgrow it. In that case, I will be buying the next leather jacket from LeatherUp!

This time I am disappointed in what I got. It's is way to small more like a larger not a 2x like 8t says. Also it line like a jacket not at all like any leather shirt I ever had. I need a return label.
Quick but I had to send it back for smaller size. I have two other helmets that are medium but this one was a good bit to large.
I ordered gloves from a gift card that Leatherup had given me after I had made a return. I made a new order on the website, but the gift card that I had added in the check out wasn't recognized. They quickly gave me a refund which made it a more than satisfactory process. The gloves were made well and fit comfortably. Thank you Leatherup!
I made an order and entered my gift card, numbers. But the gift card was not recognized. I tried to cancel the order, but there is no recourse. How is it that the biggest e-commerce company in the world, Amazon, can offer a cancellation on orders, but Leatherup can't because there are "so many orders" that a cancellation can't be done? Your check out process is flawed. Plus, the website is a mess. Why can't you see the whole page without the banner on top of the page? What a pain. Won't be buying from Leatherup again.
