I was a little nervous about ordering a custom jacket online but I am happy with my purchase over-all. I think they could do a better job with the sizing - there are programs that other online retailers for clothing use that help make you feel comfortable that you are getting your size right.

I ordered 2 coats and just figured Large was fine. The sent it and then suggested I give them feedback on the fit and then they will start the 2nd one. It fit pretty well already but I suggested maybe a bit bigger in the chest and they are making the other a perfect fit. Quality leather and good price

I LOVE my jacket, except... this is the 3rd that I've ordered from Leather Cult, and while they are high-quality and beautiful, the custom sizing is tricky to get right, especially since each jacket fits differently, is cut differently, etc.
The first jacket, I ordered "relaxed fit" and it was WAY too big (I could wear 3 winter coats UNDER it and still zip it). I can't even wear it it's so big.
The second jacket, I used smaller measurements and a slim fit, and it was MUCH better, but still not quite right.
The 3rd jacket I ordered, I finally nailed it. YAY! However, the issue is the lining. The last two jackets I've paid extra for the custom lining, and this one I didn't. The included option (which I chose) SAID "matching, default liner" yet when I received it, the lining is an extremely cheap-looking, thin, and scratchy material that does not even remotely match the jacket. It's hideous. I'm so disappointed and frustrated because it is NOT what the website described.
Outwardly, the jacket is beautiful, but I'm going to have to go to a seamstress to see if they can replace it, which is incredibly frustrating, not to mention expensive.

The jeffery dean morgan jacket from the walking that i purchased was absoulutely amazing. I can tell your team put care into making the jacket and noticed all the small details other jacket companies didnt when trying to recreate this jacket. It was an exact match and i love it, thank you!

Easy to use site, jacket arrived in just over two weeks.

The leather is great, the pockets aren't the same length/position as they are shown they are higher up on the jacket and there is a note stating its best to order a size up but I wish I didn't do that because it's actually just that much too big and I wish I would have ordered my actual size instead

I ordered a bespoke made leather jacket after taking my own measurements. I was quickly contacted by the leathercult team, who had noticed some of my measurements didn't seem right, a re measure by my wife proved they were correct to be concerned. Absolutely fantastic diligence on their part!

Great service from these guys, I made a grammar mistake accidentally on the monogram and they emailed me to make sure and we fixed it, then answered a few questions I had very promptly. As for the jacket, great quality and materials! The only thing I can say is the measurements I sent were followed to a friggin tee and it's definitely snug and almost too well fitted for a leather jacket! So keep that in mind, leave a little play!
