I've been contacting customer service about the order and no ones response to my message. When I told them the burnt charcoal color is gray and someone got the nerves to it's different screen setting. I know for fact the color is way off, cause I work at e-commerce and the color correction needs to be on point or very close to the products you're showing online. Not for purpose design said one of the person that emailed me. And now no ones reply to email cause I demanded to speak to the manager or whoever in charge, everything went dark. That is so low and unprofessional and disgusting. LeatherCult doesn't even deserve a half star at all for being so weird about their misrepresentation of their products.

Absolutely love my jacket. I was terrified opening the box because I wasn't sure what I was going to get. I was also worried that it wouldn't fit (which is usually what happens to me when I order anything on-line) but shocker! It fit like a glove. I am so thrilled with this purchase, not only did it fit, it is fabulous. The workmanship and quality is beyond what I was hoping for. This jacket would cost $800 in the store and I just paid $190. Beyond thrilled. My husband was more skeptical than I was ordering this jacket but he is amazed at how it looks. Definitely Definitely would recommend product is 10 out of 10 for me. Hands down the best leather jacket I have ever owned! Very satisfied customer.

The leather is so soft and smells amazing! I do feel like it runs a little small. We bought a size up and it fits perfect.

Ordering was easy and they put into production the next day. It was completed and delivered on time. Just concerned about the strong chemical smell on the jacket. Smells plastic like. I bought leather conditioner and will use it after gently hand wiping with soft soap. Hope that makes the smell go away.
