I had a great experience from beginning to end. I think it's great that Leather Cult follows up and makes sure you received your order. As far as the jacket itself, I love it! Beautifully made and fit perfectly.
I was honestly a bit concerned ordering from a company I didn't know that I found online - could not be happier with the result. Ordering was easy and it arrived ahead of when it was promised - The jacket is great as well.
The measurement instructions need to be clear around how to measure for ease - it is not clear whether to use measurements on body or from an existing garment
I ordered the Wolverine jacket in mid October and i managed to get it before Halloween. It kept me warm on that night but I also like it as a normal jacket. It fits extremely well, I punched in my measurements mind you, and it's the tightest around the arms but I can still wear a long sleeve under it.
The skirt was made with high quality materials and the finished product looked amazing.

The site navigation could use a little work, larger color swatches would be nice. Product is overall very nicely done, admittedly there a couple of small things on the product I would have tried to change if there were enough images to show particular parts, but by no means a deal breaker.

I wholeheartedly recommend leathercult! Ordered tailored leather trousers and they arrived promptly and exactly according my supplied measurements. The leather quality is superb and the trousers are very comfy.
My only negative gripe:
Website is completely adequate on mobile, but a bit clunky - especially the scrolling to pick leather type and colour

The quality of my leather orders has been great, however using the custom measuring instructions, the custom product last time was too snug, so I am going with my standard size this time.

If I had know zipper was back asswards from USA traditional right side zip up I would have never bought
