Customer service was courteous and very helpful, walked me through downloading and saving my list for multiple uses in the future.

This was a quick and easy process. I haven't used the list yet but it seems to be accurate and current.

I accidentally selected a geographic area incorrectly and emailed them and they let me go back and re-do my selection for no extra charge!
