Your worse nightmare come true. I didn`t realize such unethical companies still exist. Obviously the Pool Industry is unregulated if Lazaway can call themselves " the best swimming pool builders Melbourne wide:... still cant stop laughing.

If you meet either John White (General Manager), or Craig Wright (the owner), you will never sign with this company. I encourage you to meet them, not the sales people.

They quote the cheapest to suck you in, then hit you up with all variation orders.

They make threats and demand immediate payments even when you havent seen the work done!

They have been all over VCAT many times. Do yourself a favor and google "Lazaway Pools complaints".

I signed a 60 day contract with Lazaway pools in mid nov 2014 it is now mid June the pool is still not finished I have rang them every week and they either are not in the office or already gone home and when I do speak to them I have heard every excuse in the book John White tells me I'm on top of the list this has been happening for 4 mths. The way they structure their payments means I have paid $******* of a $******* contract so they have the bulk of the money already so the way I see it is they do not care because there is way more than $2150 worth of work to do on the pool they are a bunch of dishonest liars as far as I'm concerned stay away because they are lazy and are always away hence there name lazy and away

Totally biased - This website has a woman running it who hates lazaway pools, I have no idea why but she has taken a few, last count about 8 comments and has decided to wage her own war on Lazaway. Like any big company they mess up, but facts WOMOW would help, I have worked for the company for 2 years and know that every person there just wants happy customers. Last year we built over 600 pools, and yes every person on womow had a legitimate complaint in their eyes, what they failed to say and what WOMOW doesn't do is present both sides of the story. The site is the internet version of a current affair, anything for a story. WOMOW you want it to be a good site, allow companies to lodge a response. And certainy do not ring up the company wanting varification of customers and prices they paid. If you had bought a pool from Lazaway would like me to give out your personal details, yes you bought a pool for $30,000. I am proud as finance manager of Lazaway I refused to give them any information, but who else do they intimidate.
The one star is that I used to use your site to find resteaurants etc locally, I never will again because now I know how it works.
