They increased rate a lot this year and so I decided not to renew. They still came to do the service without our permission and kept sending us bills. They had a hidden sentence in the statement "for your convenience, service continues from year to year" which is they way they rob you. Stay away from them!

I live in the NE. They forgot my yard amour treatment for mosquitoes, so they just went ahead and applied in October. Not really needed in Oct. When I callled them out on it, they responded by shaming me, saying no one has ever accused them of anything like that. I said ok, can you tell me how many mosquitoe treatments you put down in my area in October then? Never answered me again.

The man was completely unorganized with his business we were in communication about doing good things with his company this year but when I told him just going to have to wait until I get the battery for my car for me to come out there to talk turkey as he put it and then when I contact them saying I got my car all taken care of it tells me he's going another way after open lines of communication I guess he was hurt because I didn't make it to going out to breakfast with him or taking the bus out 2 hours two different buses for something I wouldn't have been paid for for something we could do now one day later with my car being fixed his son talks negatively about him he goes through multiple workers the owner because from what he told me he's a sergeant from the army and he just treats his employees and how he's starting to treated him I'm sure he's a great guy to money because he puts on a fake face for all you and clients but he treats his own son and his employees and potential employees like s***

They literally saved my lawn because it was such a mess before! After they were done, it looked completely different and so very beautiful. My neighbours commeneted on them as well because they have done an amazing job! Thank you so much

I started this year and only had two services with them. This is my true experience. On the first day when the technician comes, I explained to him the areas to avoid and the sensitive plants to avoid spraying. He nodded and went on spraying. Within a week my 8-month-old two Hydrengias died. I didn't bother to complain thinking it was a mere mistake and thought of giving them a chance. Here comes the second service. Today I called the company and informed them what happened and specifically asked to instruct the technician to avoid my organic gardening and flowers before they arrive. When they arrived I accompanied him to the backyard and showed him the areas to avoid spraying. He was boasting about the experience, but I don't think he put any effort to listen. He assured me not to worry. Then I caught him through my security camera entering the area I asked him to skip. Spraying over my vegetation. I came out and why he did that and the answer was, "You guys are safe". What an arrogant service provider! So, friends don't take chances. Avoid at any cost if your situation is similar to mine.

I have a service to kill the weeds that grow in the rocks and mulch in my yard. Luis Baca sprayed my yard in the areas of "thriving weeds." The weeds were all dead the next time I was in my yard,
