I live in the NE. They forgot my yard amour treatment for mosquitoes, so they just went ahead and applied in October. Not really needed in Oct. When I callled them out on it, they responded by shaming me, saying no one has ever accused them of anything like that. I said ok, can you tell me how many mosquitoe treatments you put down in my area in October then? Never answered me again.
Waited on a txt in customer service queue for over 1hr 45 mins before i quit. I used their lack of response for my credit card to pull funds. My fault they are every bit of 1.88 they have earned.
