I called them after being denied at several other pre-settlement funding sites, and i've called 5 times, given my name, phone number and email, and am still waiting for a call back just to fill out the basic application. I called them specifically b/c of the good reviews. The last person put me on hold in the middle of our conversation, and then an automated voice said: our operators are off duty at this time. Maybe i've been cut off b/c i called so many times, but if you can't even fill out the basic application (which i've done over the phone in 20 minutes at a couple of other places) in 10 days, they need to step it up ( i don't know, may be they're going out of business or something?) I don't have a real gripe with the company yet, but if i don't get a call back in a day or two i will.

I stumbled across this website tonight and I promised my representative I would give the company a referral if I got a chance. Here is my chance. I can't say enough good things about Law Leaf. I never give recommendations unless I feel strongly about a company. The people giving this company recommendations are right on. This is a great company.

This companies business etiquette is WORSE THAN JG Wentworth! I kindly called this firm to shop around and get a quote from them in regards to selling my structured settlements payments. They demanded that I send them the paperwork from the insurance company with the breakdown of my payments on, without first negotiating numbers with me or asking for my information. "Joe," then stated there was no application process. THAT IS A LIE! There is ALWAYS AN APPLICATION PROCESS WHEN SELLING YOUR STRUCTURED SETTLEMENTS! AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE MISTAKE IF I WOULD HAVE SEND OVER MY PAPERWORK WITHOUT NEGOTIATING A PAY OUT PAYMENT WITH THE "ATTORNEY." BUYING STRUCTURED SETTLEMENTS IS AN UGLY INDUSTRY, DON'T GET TAKEN FOR A FOOL BY SOME GREEDY, UNETHICAL COMPANY LIKE LAWLEAF! DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! KNOW THE LAWS IN YOUR STATE! AND DON'T COME OFF DESPERATE, EVEN IF YOU'RE IN FINANCIAL CRISIS! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Contrary to the popular belief that this company is amazing; I beg to differ. I contacted them 8 days ago. I received no call back within the time I was given and contacted them. Monday, they finally sent my information to my attorney who PROMPTLY completed it. It was verified that they had all information that they requested and a bit more through my attorney. The called me on Tuesday and told me that they did not have the information the requested, then they found it, and then... oh yes... and THEN they care to inform me that they are missing the one page that tells my injuries. I know it was received because my attorney emails me copies of everything they have faxed. It was the 1st page under the title page of the fax... So far... all they are saying is that they may keep my case open for 30 days pending the proper information. I highly doubt that this company will be doing anything for me, so I am already checking with other companies. Ridiculous is what it is... Good Luck and I hope that you don't end up with the same run around.

THEY STAY SAYING, LOSE YOUR CASE PAY US NOTHING. YEA THEN YOU TALK TO THEM AND IF YOUR CASE ISNT GONNA WIN 100%. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. THEY TOLD ME JUST GIVE US YOUR FILES WELL TRANSFER THE MONEY.
