Can anyone tell me about how long this normally takes or is it different with each case? I applied online, got a phone call back asking specifics and confirmation of my lawyers name etc. told my attorney to watch for the paperwork fax from them, they told me today they got it and would be filling it out and sending it back today. Anyone want to share their process of it? I am asking for 5K but would take more or less..
