Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
Quick, simple and straight forward. I will use this site again

I purchased a years licence but it won't allow to download all my documents so I had to purchase an additional licence.
