I needed repair my laptop. I turned to LaptopScreen. They change the keyboard, but one button didn't work. I called the company and they fixed this lag.

I just ordered a new screen for my ageing but much-loved laptop and am pleased with the result. The world of laptop replacement panels is a minefield and laptopscreen.com makes navigating this minefield a great deal easier. By simply entering the model of the existing panel in my laptop (although they can also match by laptop model) I had the choice to either order the exact same panel or order a compatible but better one. Laptopscreen.com offers either an exact replacement or an "IPS" or "IPS and professional color range" upgrade. I went for the most expensive option for an additional £7.50 and am fairly pleased with the result. The panel they sent me and that I have subsequently installed is indeed an IPS panel and it is somewhat colour accurate. The one feature I really wish they offered is to display the model of panel that you're paying for when you opt for an upgrade. At current the system is a bit of a gamble because you don't know if the supposedly superior and more colour accurate panel you're paying for is actually a better panel. If they showed you up front what you were paying for (or, better, offered a list of compatible upgrade options) this would be much better as you could do independent research and make an informed decision.

The business seems to be fairly well organised offering a broad range of panels, good shipping times and high quality packaging. I'm a technically competent individual used to working on laptops so the whole process was not difficult for me although it was definitely made easier by being able to purchase a drop-in replacement panel.

So i ordered the screen about 2 weeks ago. The shipment arrived fairly quickly despite the corona issues.
I will give it a 4 star instead of the 5 stars because the colors are slightly off. Its very bright and the blacks are not so deep with quite a bit of light bleed. It doesnt seem like the very original screen. I was hoping for a very nice original screen.
Anyway it works. I really hoped that it could match the one that i had originally.

My dell lappy crashed by me. The screen is cracked and not display anything. I find a new display but not get any shop but I on laptopscreen.com at a great price good quality They also give warranty card. Good service.

I ordered a screen and it showed up much faster than I expected. I immediately took it into my home office and installed it. I booted up and one side was broken. I am not sure if it was like that and I didn't notice or if it happened during my installation so I just ordered a second screen and that showed up within a week. I looked the second one over carefully before installation and it looked good so I installed it and it is working beautifully. Even with purchasing two screens it was cheaper than replacing the laptop. I would definitely buy from them again.

This site makes it easy to find the right screen, as they've got every laptop model known to man listed and show where the mounting points/connector are to make sure you're getting something that fits.

I've made two orders myself and have been pleased - prices are good and shipping is fast. I used to work at a computer repair shop that ordered frequently, which meant we got a sizable discount on each screen - a few orders had problems, but were usually resolved quickly.

I must admit, the website can be a little daunting, however worth the search and effort to get it right. EVERY screen I've ordered from this company has been spot on. I won't shop anywhere else.

Went online to search for screen, shown 3 different items, all with the same description. Contacted the service desk. Not over the top friendly, must be having a bad day. Turns out all three where the same item, just different item numbers depending on how it was searched for. Not real efficiently done. Screen arrived before expected, installed easily, laptop started up with no issues. Has worked now for about a week with no problems. Could use better customer service and better listing of items to eliminate confusion. Dimensions were not accurate in the description, but was actually the correct size. Other than that, I would buy again. Hopefully, I wont need to, though.

I got my order exactly 2 weeks after ordered. It is easy to install. Took me, amateur computer user, less than 5 minutes. Happy with the product and quality. They offered $20 rebate if I make a quality video of installation, but I did not because I have a very strong accent. I don't think they would approve the quality of my video so NO. Very nice of them for offering.
One drawback is that I pay an extra $27,95 for border fee at the time I pick up the package they sent even I paid $35 for shipping fee already.
The cost of the screen is $108,79 but ended up paying $199. For a full time student it is kind of hurt.
Overall, quality is really good and easy to install.

Replacement screen for a Acer Aspire laptop fits perfectly. Same viewing experience as the original one. It took about 5 minutes to get the old screen out and find the exact part number. Replacement was installed in even less minutes. I viewed a view youtube videos in advance to see how to get the sreen out without damaging the plastic clicking mechanism in the Acer lid. Clear website with added help if you need it to find the correct replacement. Pricing including shipping and VAT still considerable lower than ordering from companies in my country (Netherlands).

Ordered a screen for a client. The shipping was fast, the screen works flawlessly, and I don't even notice any dead pixels.

I will definitely be coming back again the next time a client needs a screen replacement.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a laptop screen replacement of rather unusual size (14") and found it immediately thanks to the very good website. Only downside, I had to wait several weeks until laptopscreen restocked the item. Then it appeared in Canada, so I had to pay for shipping to the EU even though there is a laptopscreen UK department. I still saved some money over any other vendor I looked into due to the very low original price. And the screen works just fine.

The LCD ordering was simple and very detailed. Item was shipped and delivered in good condition. Well packaged.
The screen fitted perfectly and worked great. However the original screen had hooks where the screws went in to hold the screen in place. The new LCD screen did not have a hook. I had to use double sided tape to put the screen in place and angled correctly. This was unexpected and upsetting. Nevertheless it was assembled and the user was happy to get her laptop back in working order.

Easy to find correct screen. Fast shipping and delivery. Installed nicely with nice graphics. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it came with a white pixel almost dead center of the screen. From what I read that's a factory standard. I didn't call to complain because it wasn't a dead pixel so it doesn't show all the time, besides I almost through away my Toshiba laptop because the dead pixels were so bad. I received my order quickly without any fuss. My only complaint is that they do not take American Express so I had to expense it.

First time at this site and the customer service rep - Ken - walked me through each step. This process made it so easy to remove my monitor, order it and replace it when it arrived. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

I ordered this screen in the morning, I received an email my order was in process in about an hour after ordering it. Att 4:30 that afternoon I received an email stating my screen was shipped to me. I received it two days later. Now that's the way to get an order out. Pick it, pack it, tag it, ship it. Just that simple. My new screen fits perfect. Hopefully I wont have to use the warranty. 10/26/15 Just an update. Its been 7 months and the screen is still going strong. My wife uses the laptop every day for work and no problems to report.

It took a, few minutes to find my screen but once ordered it arrived early and with the tool kit it was easy to replace.

Even after thinking for a while, trying to nit-pick some problems with the purchase I could not find any. The order was smooth and painless, the delivery was fast, packaging secure and price was competitive. One thing I could point out is that the prices do not include the VAT, so that the final price will be slightly more than expected.

LaptopScreen is a great place to to buy a new screen. I had trouble finding a screen that was compatible with my laptop so I sent them an email and they replied back soon enough with a link to the screen that would work for me. I orderded my screen and then I received it in 3 days. Definitely worth the time and money!
