Website was fantastic for finding the battery I need -- will be able to judge the utility of this site once I receive my order. Although at the moment I have only completed 3 of the 5 required battery discharge procedures for the first week, early results of the improvement already observed in battery strength are very, very encouraging that this battery will last a long time.
Battery came fairly quick, and was backed by a Google guarantee which is nice. After going through the conditioning process the battery still will not achieve a 100% charge, it also seems to drain quicker than expected only lasting a little over 2 hours for each charge (in use, not sleeping, with brightness reduced to 1/2). My 6-7 year old battery held charges this long, right up to the point of failing completely. It makes me wonder what the longevity of this replacement will be.
It would have been easier if you had a checkout button prompting account & mailing / billing info.
You had available the part which Hewlitt Packard did not
Battery isn't good. Will not charge. Must return for replacement. So much for convenience.
Very impressive with all your detailed information and ease of finding the right battery on the web site. Received shipment promptly, well packed. Been using for 10 days now and very happy with performance. Replacement is high quality and works well. The "Instructions and Tips" enclosure sheet is an appreciated touch.

The battery I ordered didn't fit my laptop. I have returned it to you via FedEx this week. It was to be sent out on Monday January 18th and should be delivered back to you by this coming Monday the25th. I included a photo of my current battery next to the battery you sent me. I would like the correct one sent. Please contact me.
