I received my laptop battery quickly its for my daughter's laptop she hasn't used it yet but will pick it up from me soon she is away at college.
Had a question, called in at 9AM left a message...received a call back at 5PM.Probably could do better than that long a wait time.

I was a little confused that my klick actually added the product to the cart and could not find right away how to get to the cart, Once I saw where your cart command was it worked OK. I did have to remove items from the cart as I clicked to many when I didn't know that my clicks actually worked.

This was supposed to fit into a Dell laptop model# E6420 but it does not fit. We would like to return. I sent an email to the sales email address and have not heard back about returning the item. Please contact us, so we can arrange a return of this item.
The website is easy to use. I simply type in the battery number I need, Click place in cart, Select method of payment and checkout. Quick & Easy.
I need to wait on a complete recommendation until the order is complete and battery is used.
After 3 or so recharges, the battery life is far less than 5 hrs. If this does not change within the next few charges I will be returning it.
