Payment process locked up several times attempting to pay with PayPal. Lockup happens upon clicking PayPal payment option which brings up a blank box. I was forced to use debit card which I try to avoid using when shopping online.

LBE did a great job of filling my battery needs...and the products seem to be top notch! I have ordered batteries on Amazon in the past...very unhappy with battery life! The batteries from LBE are NEW and have the same battery life as the new product.

Great selection and plenty of great tips on saving battery power and what to do to make the most of life for laptop batteries. Definitely trying this site again to purchase accessories for our gamiing laptop.

I ordered a Lenovo battery, actually 2 of them, and did receive them in a reasonable, promised time. Online the product description said it was Lenovo. It didn't say it was another brand for Lenovo. When I received it the batteries did not have the Lenovo brand name on them. Therefore I suspect they are not Lenoovo OEM batteries. The product description should be 100% clear on whether a product is OEM or not.

Great battery, fit great and is holding a charge. So far so good. It showed up fast as well.
Just be careful what video you watch on YouTube on how to replace it.

All is working beautifully. I had found others that were ridiculous in price and was going to just chuck this laptop. Now it has new life as a backup, traveling laptop.

When I ordered it the website stated it was being shipped standard and might take time very happily surprised when battery arrived within days. Vacuum working great once again.

Spent 3 hours trying to get battery to work. Sent it back and they won't pay $14 for the shipping. Bad business practices and clueless management. Don't use.

This battery came exactly on time and fit perfectly. It replaced a 6 + year old battery with no issues. The first week went very well. We will see how it performs over time but I am very hopeful.

I have a nice but old Asus gamer's laptop from like 2006. The hard to find battery & charger fit perfectly.

I had to go buy a tool set and postpone installing the new battery.

I thought I was ordering a replacement battery for a roomba. It fits the roomba but after trying to charge it about 6 times, it wouldn't take a charge at all, just a red light and error. I took it apart and cleaned the connections, reinstalled and it seemed to take a charge?

They had exactly what I was looking for, clearly identified the part numbers. Price a little higher than other suppliers, but the certainty of getting the right battery was worth the difference. Only problem was it wouldn't accept my PO box as a shipping address, even though the battery was shipped by USPS. Luckily, the local PO knew both my street address and PO box number, so it was delivered OK to my PO box.
