I am not sure I got the right needed part. I need the charger for a dell LapTop and I am still receiving the error and my internal battery is not getting charge. Do you know how to resolve the problem?

The first battery I received was defective. They immediately sent a replacement that I installed today. It hasn't been long enough to tell if the second battery was good or not.
Could not find out how to complete my purchase. It sure wasn't under number 4. It was very hard to find the final step to complete the order. I had to type in my information twice before number 5 came up.

The location "recalculate" button in the cart page is too low and easy to miss.

Batte3ry arrived in 2 days and fit was perfect. It holds about 5 hours of charge and recharges in about three hours. Good seller - would order again when I need a battery.

Ordered an "extended" battery for my Dell laptop. The battery fit perfectly in the battery housing, but due to laptop casing design one could not open the screen more than 1/8th full. As a result, one could no longer see the screen. Notified Laptop Battery Express by phone. A complete exchange for an OME battery and paid shipping both ways was executed immediately and received replacement in 2 days. Great service. Absolutely no hassel. Thanks LTBE. JD, North Carolina.
